It's not an opinion, it's fact.
Vipers have a few things that make them crap for drag racing, they have IRS, and the gearing is completely wrong.
IRS is fine for cornering but as soon as you get to the strip you're at a disadvantage.
The problem for a Viper isin't the power. (Which is quite easy to get from them.) It's that the launch is so bad, what use is a 150mph trap when you can only get high 10s out of it?
Example, a Viper with 900hp that does high 10s, give a Mustang the same amount of power and it'll break into the 9s.
Yeah, you can make them quick if you throw a pile of money at it, but you can run 10s for under 25k with a Mustang.
TL;DR Yeah they can be quick, but at that point you could have something SO much better.
