I imagine for most people its an enzo or 458, mines would be my 458 which i love, taking out the le sarthe challenge though id have to say my Black Cherry Metallic Cheverolet Chevelle SS 474 '70, i bought this car when i was finishing the second series and was still using it to get easy wins on the extreme series, it now has over 100 switches lol. I challenge you to find a better sounding car than the Chevelle when you push it up to 220mph.

The purchase of the Ford GT LM Test Car. Used to grind the American Championship and get me some serious bling. $$$

I won the white Ford GT LM car somewhere. The money I put into that car is the best investment I've made. I've raced the American Championship so many times with it and made piles of money

My Nomad Diablo which I pretty much used to complete all of B-Spec.

Can't think of a particular one right now... but technically I consider all my purchased cars in my garage a great investment :)

I'm calling it the 29,500 real life cents I paid for my sig ed which got me the stealth pack. I love those cars like a junky loves smack

Not to mention the creds I save on engine rebuilding & rigidity upgrades as they only 500cr each :sly:

$295?? :o

My ZR1 RM back when I had next to no money and had only been playing for a month, I was level 15 and bought it, I used it in a lot of events and it made me so much money, keep in mind this was before the high pay off seasonals.

Yeah, would have to say my ZR1 RM.

Definitely this baby:

The Ferrari 330 P4: Best investment on GT5.

Traded a tuned Veyron a long time ago for a Redbull X2010 Proto. So many millions with rubberbanding!

Yep :( Through EB games.

Worth every cent though... I want to use the awsome leather wallet but I trash wallets so I must leave it pristine! Came with Merc model, Art book, Tuning book, USB, key ring, Stealths & Chromes the wallet and game all in a huge sleek black case :)

The USA guys I have spoken to said it was on sale there for $100 🤬🤬🤬:banghead:

Aww man that would be sweet I only got the collectors edition, with book which is really interesting and case, chromelines, stealths :)

Damm that would suck haha

I managed to pick up a signature edition here in New Zealand for $80NZ just a couple of weeks ago. After having to start from scratch after my PS3 died this was a great way to get back into the game and have a different experience using stealth and chrome cars. So that is my best GT5 investment. For anyone in New Zealand there is actually a signature edition for $85 right now on trademe - just search it.

On the real topic I love my race tuned Dodge Challenger - it is just really fun to drive and both me and Bob got a lot of early use out of it.

Mine's the Enzo at Circ as well. Made millions.

Got down to 3.15-3.18 consistently...I don't bother with chicanes when grinding. 1 million every 10-12 minutes or so, new helmet each time too from memory.

Mine was a Enzo that I fully tuned to do the La Sarthe seasonal, probably made 50 Million off of it.
Same for me but with the 458 Italia. Had a fir few thousand miles on it by the time I was finished with it!

It now sits in my garage as a trophy :)

Have both the Enzo and the Italia, and the Italia is more fun to drive, and the Enzo's engine tones tend to be a little annoying at times

Looking back on it, probably preordering the game from play.com. From this I got the Stealth R35 & SLS which I used a lot for B spec grinding (mostly the Nissan), pre X2010. Winding the clock forward, I'd probably say the Enzo & 458 since I refilled my bank account a couple of times from La Sarthe prize money. In terms of sheer driving pleasure, especially online, it has to be the M3 GTR. Probably why I have 6 of them now.

In real life, I'd say (after the game itself of course) it would be my DFGT.

Only just became aware of the Enzo/La Sarthe grind fest so I'd have to say the FGT so far.

Give it a week and then the above will probably apply. :D
