I forgot what exactually i was trying to do but after i got the game on release day this happend just before new years 2011 so i lost all that time. Somehow my ps3 let me delete my account data from a diffrent account on my system.

I once started a race and didn't turn off the Traction Control and ABS that PD insists you get on every car.

And to top it off it even had an Automatic Gearbox.

- I still have flash backs of that car... the clunky upshifts, the way it took all the fun away from actually driving the car.

I had a Comfort Medium thrash with the splintered Lancia Stratos after that, as a well deserved treat.

Fully tuning the premium Fiat 500

This is one of the best things I have done in GT5. I love my tuned 500s. I have a whole fleet.

OK8
Now, I've always favoured NA tuning to turbos and the NSX has never been a turbo car, but since the car felt decent, I decided to keep it (if it isn't broken, don't fix it, I said).

I don't think you even listened to your own rule when you did added the turbo - it didn't need it.
So I understand how by just adding the turbo was your downfall. :P

creating an online room for touge, having people join including friends. leaving to check new ocd returning to find the new host put it to spa unlimited tires and cars like x1's running

My biggest mistake on GT5 is to have completed the 9hr Tsukuba 3 times...

Never. Ever. Again.... Ever... :grumpy:

How did you manage to complete it 3 times?? I get bored easily with the endurance races.

My biggest mistake is trying to complete any endurance race with the X1/X2010/X2011.

Not doing the endurance races before tire wear changed...

Doing the Nurburgring 24hr using the X1, mistakenly thinking "Let's do the hardest race with the hardest car".

Yeah, it was entertaining for about the first 5 laps, then it became an unbearable exercise in tedium.

Thankfully, it never rained once during the 24hrs.

During the PSN outage, I decided to use a few dummy accounts for cycling through the UCD to help search for hard to find cars or cars with a special paint scheme (ex: panda or two-tone). Unfortunately I forgot the email passwords for the dummy accounts, so now they're stuck.. Highsight 20/20 etc... The next time I create accounts, I'll just take the extra effort in saving the information next time.

Yes you just need to buy the right one. The model you want is a standard model, '72 Fiat 500 R. It has 95 CC's more displacement and is good for 117 HP, compared to the premium model's 88 HP.
If you enjoy small cars then this one will definately entertain you.

Abusing the "Gift" feature with 5 parallel accounts on the console prior to Limit Cap.

We pretty much ruined the game for ourselves forever. I have nothing to spend our money on today, there is no *special* car I am saving funds to buy / CLIP

I also did a bit too much trading before the cap, and I regret it.

I let my PS3 run for 24 hours to complete the 24 hours of Le Mans B-Spec (before the race suspend was introduced). I picked up my remote when the race was over (I won) and I dropped it on the disc eject button of my PS3. Disc ejected. I tried to put it back in but it was too late, lost all progress. 24 hours wasted

Now that's unlucky, considering how small the eject button is.

Thats one way the fat PS3 was superior to the slim.

Back when the eject button and on/off button were electric eye or infrared it wasn't hard to do. In fact, my XBOX 360 turns on all the time when I walk past it and its RADIO EDIT annoying.

Unplug it when you're not using it. ;)
