I have two Dell systems, one laptop and one desktop.  The desktop is running at 600 Mhz, and the laptop is running at 500 Mhz, both are Pentium 3's.

Franworks?  Let me guess what your uncle's name is...  :D

(Just bumping the number of posts off 666...please ignore.  :D)

MotherBoard: 220Mhz
RAM: 32MB
HDD: 21.19GB
Modem: 33.6K
CR-ROM: 4x?
SoundCard: WaveX 32 Pro
Printer: Canon BJC 2100SP
No video cards, graphics accelerators etc...

No graphics card?  So I guess you're running at 256 colors?

Fran is my uncles nic name. Its a long story about how he got it. His real name is Jim. He also runs a shoe repair and a car detailing buissness.

Wow, you must have an accelerator on your mother board or something...

Mine is a Gateway.  Pentium 3, 933 MHZ, 128 ram, 40 gig hard drive, and standard video and sound card.

Hey, nice computer Misnblu!  Big hard drive, too.  :D

My uncles worked on alot of Vettes. The rarest he's worked on was a 65 Jaguar.  His fav to work on is a car dealer owner's car...1967 Corvette w/427

I have a relative who is completely insane over classic Corvettes.

And, of course, here in KY we have the Corvette museum.

Yeah, well, that's all you'll need unless you want to play games on your computer.  Just stick with your PS2.  :D

I know mine has 32 mb ram and is 200 mhz thats about all i know except that it is SSSLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW.
Not that bad for $200 though.

Yeah, computer prices are always going down, and for 200 dollars, thats not too shabby Gearbrain.
Ill eventually upgrade to a rewrite cd and add a better video card down the road.  later.

What are you using that server for, frestkd?

My server is for my SAMBA services I copy all my files on to it so if I screw my workstation up I don't have to worry about backing up my files.  I need to do some upgrades to the server though. I need to add more hard drives and setup a backup script.  I want to combine my server and router machines to on computer.  Then build another machine for ripping and burning only.
