Here is something to try out. Within the first rotation of the carousel hit the O button on your controller as soon as the car you want is highlighted.

I have been doing this for the past month and it has stopped on that car every single time and. That many times can't be just a fluke. If I wait until the second rotation to do it then it has never worked. I've gotten 3 Ferrari 330 this way. Give it a try but remember you must be quick about it.

Ok, I just tried this, and it worked just as you described. I logged into an alternate account with plans on trying it there too, but forgot about it until after I'd rec'd my car. I'll try again tomorrow and post my results.

I've been testing it out for over two months and it took me awhile to figure out it was really working. 25 out of 30 times I will get the car if I'm quick enough.

I tried it too yesterday and it landed on the car i chose, i'm going to try it again.

Keep trying it. The first rotation goes by quick and you really don't have any time to study the cars. It works best when you know the silhouette. If you have to study it then it's already to late.

Also if you press the O button to late you will get the car next to the one you wanted.
 
So, I did 91 miles around Monza in a Gr.3 car and when I went back to the home screen, nothing, nada, zip...is this PD's April Fools Joke? I go to my garage and change cars...still nothing. Go into the Mileage Exchange and exit and the Daily Workout screen finally pops up...

The Corvette was the only duplicate. Although, I have put a curse on myself. I am expecting to get the Nissan Motul Autech GT-R and the Gran Turismo Mach Forty from the latest update. I liked them so much and had the credits so I bought them. Now I just need to work up a couple good tunes.

Daily Workout #158- BMW M3 Sport Evolution (E30) (What a coincidence, that was the first car from the latest DLC that showed up on me, and I actually got it!
Now, that was a car that I was looking for, and luckily, I didn't have to wait that long....)

I haven't posted in this thread before since I've won 71 days worth of rubbish but yesterday I saw the silhouette of the Jaguar XJ13 in the prize showcase. Vaguely remembering what I had read in this thread I pressed every button on the controller to win it, evidently a second too late as I won a Gr.4 Viper instead (I'm sure it's a lovely car but it's also very affordable).

Today however, I pressed all the right buttons at the right time and won the R18 Le Mans, it might just be a beat up version of a car I already have but it's so much cooler. The Jag can wait for tomorrow...
