Yea the game surely made a flash forward just to not give you the R18 sure.....

I love this video too, and it made me excited to drive Suzuka with it as well.

It seems new to me that expensive cars are on the wheel for many players. But has anyone actually won a unicorn?

Yesterday I had the group C jaguar on the wheel (the only group C car that I haven't bought yet) and the XJ 13. Got an X-Bow (third or fourth, always delete dupes).
 
Daily Workout #404- Gran Turismo F1500T-A (Again, just like the Epson NSX, very fortunate luck here, since my chances were fairly slim, but I sucessfully managed to grab another one of those needy cars......Now, gotta wait for the patch to drop, and let´s see if I can pull off one of the newer ones.....)

I won the Jaguar XJR-9LM on the daily workout :-D :-D :-D

Had seen it come up as a possibility several times before and now I finally have it. So, after a brief race in the old Mini Cooper, I took the 1988 Le Mans winning car around Brands Hatch in VR.

Absolutely stunning.

ha, I had it on my wheel today as well. I was thinking they were going to give it to me after I blew $20M on it. But my fears were unfounded. I was given another dupe.

There's a thread in the forums asking that exact question and it really seems like the people who have won one, were casual players and usually right after the car was introduced.

That being said, I still have not gotten an X-Bow and I really want one, so maybe besides the unicorns, some of the cars are rare for different players?

I got the dirty audi not even realizing it was rare.

got a mclaren VGT Gr1. Was about to sell it, but it wasnt a dupe, the other one i got is the groupX... so, yeah i got another one, same colour scheme, just 50hp less.

I find it a bit weird that PD does that. They have both Gr.1 and Gr.X varients of some the VGTs, like the LM55 and the McLaren.
 
Daily Workout #405- Toyota TS030 Hybrid 2012 (267th double) Another very decent prize, but sadly, it´s a dupe, but, oh well, at least it avoided the Fiat 500.....This one is always a keeper anyway, and in the Circuit de Catalunya circuit experience, I got the Toyota 86 Gr.4, which is good, since I don´t have it, and I actually saw the Pontiac Firebird right next to the one I got......Even though I didn´t repeat the same type of luck that I got on the previous patch, but these two cars are still basically okay.....)
