We need more Ferraris and some US cars couldn't hurt.
Just because YOU haven't heard of them doesn't mean they don't count. By the way, the Porsche 918 is going into production.
A hypercar is supposed to be better in some way than a regular supercar. Insane acceleration or top speed, very rare and exclusive.
I know most of them, don't worry.
If you read my thread you'd see that I'm saying from a laiman's point of view, hence the "what".
So I'll repeat - exotics aren't necessarily supercars, and it takes much more for a supercar to become a hypercar. 👍
No.
Austin Mini Cooper road and Monte Carlo versions
Ferrari 599XX Evo, bat crazy if you ask me
TVR Sagaris
Aston Martin V8/V12 Vantage
Maybe some BTCC cars, even if they're just RM monocoques i'd be happy![]()

That's simply your opinion, certainly not fact.
On the contrary.
I said myself that I class CTR3 as a hypercar in my post (which you didn't read well enough as I see) and yet I put it in the exotics/concepts category.
I stated factual information, personal prefferences are up to you to think of.
If you had, let's say $200.000 to spend on a car - would you rather choose an Ascari over Ferrari? Please reply honestly.
Cheers.
70hemiThey would be pretty cool.
I know, where's the 360 Modena, I was surprised they never added that, and yeah, more american Cars... GT90 Concept, '70 HEMI 'Cuda, 57' Bel Air and Nomad....... the list goes on!
I would of course choose the Ferrari. But lets say I have 2 billion dollars, a garage full of Ferrari's and other everday supercars, then I get an Ascari. That's what hypercar means to me. It's the super rare cars that people get when they have a garage full of "normal" supercars.
Oh, and I wasn't referring to the Ruf, I'm talking about the 918 Spyder.
Porsche is a Porsche, I'd love to have any Porsche (even the old 924 hehe).
I class almost every Porsche as a supercar, so if 918 is production I'd class it as a supercar/hypercar depending on specs.
That proves my point (Ascari vs Ferrari Q).![]()
Oh yes I forgot about the GT90, I want an old Shelby GT500, that'd be pretty cool. O was more surprised that there wasn't a Ferrari 355.
70hemiI guess, that car too.... i want the GT90, cuz it was in GT2, and along with it the '70 'Cuda (yes it was in GT2), the Renault Espace F1, Chrysler Phaeton, and HKS 180SX and R33 Drag Cars.

88FoxBodyFanHow does it prove your point? Here's how I see it, the Ferrari 458 is a regular supercar. The Enzo Ferrari is a hypercar. Reason? Exclusivity.
Actually, looking into it, we're all wrong about the term hypercar:

I think some regular sedans would be great, like the Cadillac CTS 3.6 DI AWD, Cadillac STS V8 AWD, Lincoln MKS Ecoboost, Chrysler 300 C (the new model), BMW 550i, BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo, BMW 760Li, Mercedes-Benz E550, Mercedes Benz S600, Audi A4, Audi RS4, Audi A8L, Hyundai Equus, Lexus LS 600 L, Infiniti M56, Acura TL, among others...
mk1 and mk2 escorts, chevette/kadett C, sunbeam lotus, fiat 131 abarth, Polonez 2000 Rally, Golf II GTi 16V/G60, Golf III VR6, Corrado VR6, BMW E30, BMW M635CSi, Clio Williams, Saxo VTS, Clio III RS, Megane R26.R, Focus RS mk2, BMW 1M, Civic Type R hatch, Astra VXR, Twingo RS...
