After trying them all in GT6, what is your favorite drivetrain?

Now that the 4WD issue has been fixed, there's been some discussion in that thread over which drivetrain is the best. Some prefer driving a RWD Audi, for example, because it allows for better drifting and more of a challenge. Others, like me, prefer 4WD for the stability and possibly quicker lap times.

Whether its the front or rear wheels you want to spin, and whether you want the powerhouse in front or behind you, pick your favorite arrangement in the poll above.

Do you know that unexpected drift that it's common from a MR traction car?

I don't drift, but a rear-wheel drivetrain is funnier than a 4WD or FF (I HATE FF cars).
 
FR. Always has been, always will be. Least favorite would be 4WD, even though I own one in real life. :lol: (Dodge Durango) I love my truck, but hate 4WD's in the game, even after the fix. :)

But in GT6 you can drift, thing that you can't do in GT2. Answers will be different in both threads.
 
As much as I resented them in the past, FF cars have been a whole new challenge for me. Although they're not generally difficult to drive, they're a lot harder to maintain on longer races with tire wear involved, much more so then I can with cars such as the Yellowbird/BTR.

All in all, FF cars are the most enjoyable to drive for me.

It is fun to have the traction control off (Why anyone would have it on is beyond me.) on FF car with no LSD (Like a Mini.). Turn the wheel waaaaay too much, mash the gas and light 'em up!
 
For now I'm really loving the RR, been replaying international B won alot of races with the RUF RGT. I love that car, once you get it right and you drive smooth it's very enjoyable.
 
I like what I think is the most fun to drive in addition to what I think is the fastest = MR/FR. There's only one vote so I voted for MR :) 4WD and FF understeers too much. I HATE understeer.

Good song, but I prefer the album version.

No real preference when it comes to drivetrains, though I don't care much for old 4wd cars.
Electronic differentials has changed that somewhat.

I voted RR because of the excellent traction from apex to exit, and bacause I like challenging handling.
