The Feltzer's handling characteristics are pretty wonky... maybe because the passenger was steering me off the road.

Oh god that part of the game pissed me off. The first 2 times i did it i failed the same way. I was on the highway with the car speeding as fast as that little motor can and then BAM! She jerks the wheel and we go over the side of the overpass. Good job genius:dopey:

1) Infernus - Awesome backfiring. Both audio and visual. Looks pretty snappy too
2) Primo (The model with ground effects and a spoiler, it's always maroon) - No idea why, just seems like a real nice car to be in
3) Blista Compact - Awesome car to drive, I like doing J-Turns between buses in Star Junction

Ps: Am I the only one who's finding it incredibly difficult to find a Willard? I saw one in the second or third mission that the Loan Sharks are driving and I've seen about one or two since. It's pretty lame really, I liked the look of it to be honest, would lke to drive one...

1. Sabre GT - I have four of them. Yes, that's right. Four. Beautiful, fun, loud, what's not to like?
2. Futo - Fun on wheels. It even has a set of RS Watanabes!
3. Voodoo (VC and SA versions) It's a 1960 Chevy. I'm partial to those.
4. Hustler (SA)

Mine is: Sultan RS, Sentinel GT, Ruines, Futo, Corquette, Cavalcade, Banshee, Dukes, Feltzer + some more i cant remember. btw, does anyone think the cars got realistic car damage?

Cant remember the exact name of it, but I loved driving the tractor around in SA, not to mention the hydra, that thing rocked and I always had fun messing with the planes over area 51.

I love driving the Infernus because of how exotic it looks and the flame out of the 4 exhaust pipes. It is also extremely fast.

1.Comet, beats anyone off the line in a online race :)
2.Futo, Gives me that Inital D feel :D
3.NRG900, Best near misses I do with this thing :O

Futo for nippy 'I'm not an AE86 if Toyota asks' fun and great for losing the cops around twisty turns and tight traffic whilst being a bit more fun then the Blista for me, because I prefer RWD.

Sultan RS for cruising and speed, because it has a great sound and blow off valve, whilst being difficult to drive thanks to the lack of ABS

Huntley for gang getaways, 4 seats, plenty of weight and durability, and plenty of speed with good handling to boot, well balanced escape vehicle.

The Futo and Blista are both great, so much quicker than their looks would suggest. I've had great fun "rallying" them, on the dirt road that loops right the way around the airport, from near the control tower on the south side of the airport to just north of Meadows park, through the trees!

I'm not really bothered what car I drive as long as I can drift it.
Examples:
Sentinel - VCS
The V8 thing - VCS (I can't remember what it is called)
etc.

Realy anything RWD is my favourite.

I know the exact road, I rally on it to!

From my experiences, the Bullet (GTA: San Andreas) has been my favorite. It is absolutely FAST! This Ford GT-based car is wicked to use. I even tried to paint it up in GTA: San Andreas. But really, this game is too complicated and too risky to have a car and try to tune it up to your liking. It's still good to do such a thing. Another consistent favorite of mine are all the Police cars. Good for drifting as well as something to listen to when you're tired of listening to the in-game soundtrack.

I know this thread is about favorite cars, but I also want to elect the NRG-500 (GTA: San Andreas) for best motorcycle. The PCJ-600 is cool, but the rare NRG-500 is faster and cool. The PCJ-600 is still a sweet motorcycle since its debut in "GTA: Vice City."

Ahh the Bullet was a fantastic car on SA, one of my favourites as well.

If we're talking bikes I'd have to nominate Sanchez (IV) which is one of if not my favourite vehicle on the game because it's light, very good on the turns and a challenge to use to it's limit.

I also bagged myself some Futo GTs last night on IV although the styling is a little questionable in my eyes, the thing drives just as good if not better then the original Futo and is rarer :)

Where do you find them?

Grab yourself a Futo, drive to Bohan as fast as you possibly can whilst Futos are still spawning if possible, drive up and down (well east and west) on the highway section on Bohan itself, check every red Futo you see and look for the carbon hood, small spoiler and red race bucket seat (drivers seat only).

Another car I've always liked in the GTA series are all the Sentinel cars. Powerful and handle beautifully. Of course, what do you expect when they are based on BMWs?

On the motorcycle front, the PCJ-600 is classic in the series. I recently played "GTA: San Andreas" again and tried to recall a vehicle with great sound. That FCR-900 has incredible sound! The Bandito buggy has the same sound, but the FCR-900 has wicked sound and is really pretty fast. Not that I'm sure if there was one, I'd be interested in seeing some motorcycle in a future GTA game highly influenced on the Suzuki Hayabusa/GSX1300R.

I don't know what it is, but I've always had a soft spot for the Perennial. And the new one is even sexy!

The new Turismo is dead sexy. It's just a Ferarri 360, but even cooler!

Also, the Blista Compact was lovely in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, though it's more mediocre in the new one. Maybe I should find that dirt road...

EDIT: And GTA3's FBI Car! Hooray for fast Kurumas! Slapping fast engine, black paint, grippy tyres onto an economy car does a helluva lot towards making an awesome car. It's tuned so far beyond it's mechanical abilities, it's a true test of skill not to flip it!

I love that, in GTA IV, a correctly-parked car will remain after you comploete a mission! It really allows you to drive your cherished cars.

My favourite cars in the GTA Series...

1. Cossie (GTA) super speedy hatchback with excellent handling. I'd love to see that one do a comeback.
2. Comet (GTA4) Best racer of the series. It is a little similar to the cossie.
3. Diablo Stallion (GTA3) The first of the 3d cars that i really loved. I still think it's awesome.

Honorable mentions

Sentinel Series (Multiple) Mafia Sentinel, Sentinel XS, or just the regular sentinel. It's a great 4-seater with good speed, handling and it doesnt break down instantly. Did you notice there are Sentinel XS's in GTA4 aswell. But it only says XS on the back of the car, not in the title.

Stallion (Multiple) The great drifter from GTA3 is still alive since GTA started. But it's never been better than it was in GTA3.

Walton (GTA:SA) Blurring engine sound and extremely slow speed. You can't feel more like a redneck than you do in a dirty old Walton.

1)Futo GT/Futo: JDM feeling :sly:
2)Sultan RS: that great sound :dopey:
3)Banshee: Dosent like to oversteer but it likes to drift 👍

1) turismo
2) sultan rs
3) lamborghini with zonda exhausts kind of car, i can't remember the name, the one bernie gives you

Infernus.

I like the Sultan in all forms (STD, RS, Standard), Futo/GT, Banshee and Coquette.

The Sabre GT has always held a place close to my heart since GTA VC. Sad to see it absent in SA, but apparently the Sabre is improved, so it was a nice drive.

I like the Jester over all the other Street Racers in SA because of the FWD. Ironically, I think FWD sucks in most other cases, but the Jester turns on the head of a pin, and goes fairly fast too,

The Elegy is also a favourite Street Racer because... well, it's the Skyline! Also, the engine sounds awesome.

Oh, and I can't forget the Dukes. The suspension on that car is amazing, the way the car tries to turn onto its door handles while keeping all four wheels on the road.
