Oh way, no! For a start, MazKid is on 28.8K. I'm on cable (I picked DSL because that was closest), and although they generally have similar transfer rates, they are fundamentally different connection types, and should be treated as such. You left out GSM (mobile), HSCSD (fast mobile), ISDN and any form of leased line. My work has a 2Mb leased pipe to the internet, to be upgraded shortly to 4Mb.
