Was thinking about this on the way in to work; if you restart a race, or otherwise quit a race midway through, does the mileage you've already driven so far add to the miles of the car?

I doubt that your car would keep miles/wear/dirt from a race that you didn't complete.

Yeah, that's why some of my cars don't have more than 2 miles on them.
