Oh.
But that's for the official event. I'm sure a few of us will be practicing tonight..
You playing tonight?
Oh.

Yes, but not for very long.
At the minute I'm checking out the online lobbies and there are quite a few new combinations.
I'm adding them to the spreadsheet.
Edit: that's all the new combinations I could find. Older combinations may have disappeared, I'll keep an eye on it.
Exos at Barcelona - GP
McLaren F1 GTR at Barcelona - GP
Japan/MX5 Cup at Barcelona - Moto
Vintage Formula at Brands Hatch - GP
AC at Imola
AE86 Tuned at Magione
Supra Tuned at Mugello
KTM X-Bow R at Mugello
Japan/MX5 Cup at Mugello
GT3 at Nordschleife
Japanese Race at Silverstone - International
Super Trackday (9 cars) at Vallelunga
Praga R1 at Vallelunga - Classic
Escort MkI at Zandvoort
Thanks @Carlos Fandango for the tip.
l noticed if a new track had been added to a certain car then the previous track seemed to be removed.
Yes it looks like that's the case for the KTM. But you never know, the Escort wouldn't appear for a while for Brands Hatch and then it did...
The T3pa pedals (non pro) are fine, possibly a little too much dead zone in the initial travel, but they do the jobSo glad I went down the 3 pedal and a stick route!
My biggest complaint about the t300 is that the wheel can flex enough to trigger random button presses which suck big time whilst in the middle of an online race!
Build quality is a bit ropey for what is seen as a premium product (for a PlayStation), I've had the wheel in bits several times, broken paddle shifter hinges, and a bad connections, I also had to take the base to bits to solve another connector issue.
Not used a G29, I had a DFGT for years and years though, so long I think I wore out the potentiometers in the pedals!
I think the OP would be happy with either but the G29 best fits the available budget for the three pedals and a stick, to get that with a T300rs you are looking at another 200 odd quid on top of the wheelbase.

Yeah the random button presses are weird. In pCARS I used to get a lot of random share button presses and even the home button every now and then which was really annoying during a race.
The only one I've been getting in AC is the dpad, as every now and then the brake bias HUD pops up when I haven't pressed it.
I wanted to add something else. If you end up being the 9th person trying to join the party, which you won't be able to do, start a new party and invite everyone in.
Those who are already in the first party can ignore the 2nd invitation and those who turn up and find 2 invitations can join the 2nd and ignore the first one.
We can then use the text chat to communicate between the 2 parties.
It's not ideal but it's the kind of problem we like to have.
Also that means that to avoid confusion with the notifications, you probably should restrain from inviting everyone to the lobby when you join it.
Will you be sending out the party chat invites as normal, as some of us maybe blocked. Not sure how the party chat works, but if you send an invite and I'm blocked by someone who is already in the party, will I still be able to join?
It could be.
This sounds like an issue I had with my T500 after I changed to a different type of quick release.
Essentially what was happening was that the ps2 connector from wheel to base was momentarily disconnecting then connecting again, thereby sending a signal to the base which then interprets as a button being pressed.
Everything will work.
Did anyone find a lot of voices drifting then becoming very faint? It had never happened before. Normally everyone was so clear and at times the voices were so faint the engine sounds drowned them out. Also never happened before.
There were also moments the voices sounded as if the gains were pushed beyond the limit... things were all over the place. Could hear Warrius, standard and fandango very well. Apart from the moments of everyone drifting.
l also get random button activation mainly share coming up which takes you out of game and l'm
using fanatec so would assume the problem is game related?
Hmm, was scouring again and came across this. Thought it was interesting. Took the wheel off to see as I had to clean the Alcantara. I found quite a lot if relatively loose hex screws and regular screws. I wonder...
