There's some very generous people in the marketplace, why not just buy the car yourself and you'll probably get lots of chrome paint donations if you ask nicely

Trade your OCD cars for chrome or other rare paint, it's the easiest way to get them. At least 5 chromes per car. But if you ask nice for chrome paint you'll probably get a couple donations

Th OCD 0/0/0 cars are in high demand by collectors, they trade paints, gear, cars, horns (#112) for 0/0/0 OCD cars...if you have the color of car they're looking for your set.
