OK, so the new rules are (?):
The "owner" of the current riddle must check for answers at least once every day (if not, the riddle will be "killed" and the turn will be free to take), and the person that solves the riddle will have 24 hours from confirmation (by the riddle-owner) to make a new one. If time exceeds 24 hours, it will be free to take.
Does that sound reasonable?

Lol, I think that I might take this one after all.
Might be an easy one. "You may remember this car from GT3, it could compete, (incorrectly) with the F1 cars on a certain level.

The Vitz would be the closest guess right now.
You guys are thinking about level as a track, imagine if I said, "That guy is so fast he is on a different level". Look for cars that have a certain attribute that is like an F1, but incorrectly done.
 
Fit is a bit closer. The car has some quality that is comparable to an F1, but screwed up in GT3.
