This is what I drive, but it's not available in GT5 though.

My real life car is a Mazda efini RX-7 Type RZ '96 modified by Knightsports in Japan. Link in my signature is a photo of my car in a local car show.

Mine isn't :( but in case you are wondering, these are the cars I currently own.

I drive a '99 Ford F-150 XLT.
GT5 has the '00 (I think?) F-150 SVT Lightning. The colors are the same though. Classic Red. Closest I could get... at least there's an F-150 in the game.

I love Crown Vics! We don't get them much here in the UK... I think I've only seen 2 or 3 here lol. I'd love it if GT5 had them.

The rear wing on your real life car looks like it belongs on a Rauh-Welt Porsche :D

Flocked dash top and bottom, will be getting gauge pod finished the same. Steering wheel is being trimmed in black suede with red stitching

1.5 litre swirl pot with 2 X JIC - 6 INLET, JIC - 6 BREATHER/RETURN and JIC - 10 OUTLET will be boot mounted with pump and fuel lab filter

Air filter with trumpet and a billet timing belt guide

Image0464.jpg

Image0467.jpg

The fuel system has had a re think so it will be as follows, out of the tank to the swirl pot -10 to fuel pump, -10 out of fuel pump to fuel filter, -10 from fuel filter to -10 line through the car, billet y piece to split -10 line to 2 -6 lines to the fuel rails and -10 return line to the swirl pot. Also the Injectors were upgraded to Injector Dynamics ID2000s, got them from the states at a bargain price!

This should allow sufficient flow for well over 700bhp and keep things simple but meant I needed another fuel filter with -10 inlet and outlet. All lines and fittings will be supplied by Alex from Torques via ebay

Nope, I guess Volkswagen Jetta's aren't loved.

I have a 06 Jetta. The closest thing to a jetta that's in the game is that GTi Golf, which, really isn't the same but i just base it off by the exterior design and brand.

sigh....

I believe in game Jetta is the Bora.

None of the cars i've owned have been in any GT game. :grumpy: I have converted similar cars to match though. but it's not quite the same.

Gearing is easy enough to sort out, you just need to adjust the final drive for tyre size difference.

Suspension is difficult as is getting the right balance with power, as each engine will give different torque/power curves.

My current car's steering rack is in game though, but used by a different car, think that's the only shared part with any of the cars in GT5.

and now i kinda own a Ford Focus, but it's the sedan, so it's not ingame... i say kinda because it was my dads, but he passed away last september, and i'm almost the only one that drives and take care of it now... (again rims are photoshop)

I was about to post a picture in another thread, but a mod closed it before I could -_-.
Anyway, this is my trusty Ford Mustang. It's a 2008 V6 with a killer bass system :sly:. It's also very shiny :D.

Is your REAL car in Gran Turismo 5? if so, post up your car!

I'll Start:

2004 Acura TSX / 2002 Accord Euro-R
1998 Honda Prelude

They have the 106, 206, 406 coupe, 207, 307 but no 306 :( The 307 is pretty close, I think its just a bit heavier, with virtually the same engines and everything, but it's not quite the same. 106 is probably my favourite 'closely related' car in the game.

(Images snipped to save space)

2007 GTR. Yup.
No wheels though, she's currently wearing HRE P40's

Didn't edit out the plate, don't stalk me :$
