Disc or digital downloadable version?

Considering the downloadable version of FIFA 13 was almost £60 on the PS Store, whereas the disc retailed for £39, I'd say it isn't a good idea to have a digital download version of GT6, as that would mean Sony can fix the price.

I hope there will be a downloadable version because my ps3 doesnt read blu ray's and gt5 very well since a few months!

Does anyone knows how many GB is GT5?

Now I would prefer both to be available Disc and digital,
My reason for digital is I can play mp on two ps3 without buying another disc.

It's 11 or 12 with full install of all current patches, 8 without them.

Ok so let's say GT 6 will be as twice or near twice that will be 24 gb. I downloaded Hitman as a free from PS + it is 17 GB.

What's your source on that? I put the GT5 disc in my PC and it was around 14GB IIRC.

Given what we've seen and heard of GT6 I doubt it'll be that much bigger.

I don't see a reason why both can't be offered - either way, there should be an option to install all game content onto the HDD.

Disc for me too. I actually, don't have a reason, other than I prefer a "hard-copy".

Titles on PSN are ridiculously expensive, you'd have to be an idiot to buy from on there. I've seen titles like Farcry 3 and Driver going for £59.99 when everyone knows you can pick them up for less than half that online or in store. It boggles the mind really.

They'd never release it as download only though.

I just checked again because my memory is poor.
Disc Information:
Status: Complete
State of Last Session: Complete
Erasable: No
Sessions: 1
Sectors: 7,328,416
Size: 15,008,595,968 bytes

BD Disc Information:
Disc Type: BD-ROM
Disc Size: 120mm
Disc Class: 0
Disc Version: 1
Number of Layers: 1
Layer Type: Read Only
DVD Layer Present: No
CD Layer Present: No
Channel Bit Length: 74.50nm (25GB Per Layer)

So the GT5 disc is 13.9778GB. Assets are the biggest fillers of a disc and with only 200 new cars and seven new tracks I can't even see GT6 going over 20GB.

Sorry, probably should have pointed out that I was going purely by installation size, didn't think for a second that there'd be 5GB on the disc that wasn't installed... anybody got any ideas what that could be?

I wouldn't want to guess on specifics but anything that doesn't need to be loaded quickly I should think.

I need a disc with boxart, call me oldschool. They'll probably put together another collector edition, I'll be buying that.
