So cool...

Just one event with 5 races up, but better than nothing for sure!

Anyone played it yet? How about credit rewards this time?

The best thing is that they are letting us know which tyres the other guys are using as well as pp points!

Tsukuba: 5 laps, 78000 credits and 12000 xp

Tokyo Route: 3 Laps, 80000 credits 13000 xp

Cape Ring: 2 Laps, 82500 credits 13500 xp

Clubman Stage Route 5: 5 Laps 85000 credits 14000 xp

Eifel Track: 5 Laps 87000 credits, 15000 xp

Eifel zone one has a really fun track, cartoony so to speak, but pretty fun to race on.

Now, to do the races with all the 80's qualifying cars remaining, damn PD, you always make us "grind" somehow...

GIVE US MORE RACES PD... NOT just rehashes of A-Spec, man, such a lack of imagination on their part…

Also, PD just shows how unprofessional they are every day, the Eifel track says it's a 3 lap race, and it is a 5 lap race. Plus, the text is not aligned on all 5 tracks descriptions, which is a BIG NO NO in graphic design…

Anyway, we got something at least...

WOMP

I want my bonus races back

78000 credits and 12000 xp... dude...

Not bad at all for races that these weaker cars can win. It beats grinding Indy for people who aren't into that. The only time I grind these days is when I let Bob loose.

i don't even care about the money or exp now, i'm having fun in my little underpowered 86 MR2!!!!!

82500 credits 13500 xp for the third one.

I don't care about either neither, but this might be helpful for other members though...

85000 credits 14000 xp for the fourth one

Hmmm, out of 320 cars in my garage, I had a grand total of ... wait for it ... yep, six that qualified for this one. You're not gonna be hearing me ask Alex for "Japanese Cars of the 80s" when I finally make it on Jeopardy.

That said, I picked the premium '88 Toyota Supra 3.0 Turbo, hung sports softs on it and had a fairly easy time. 426pp and not a lot of understeer. Tokyo and Clubman were the toughest of the lot and with this car weren't very. The Eifel kart setup is once again fun. I do have a '83 Honda City Turbo with 347pp/104 bhp that looks worth trying next. The Mugen Motul Civic also qualifies for these races but would be massive overkill.

87000 credits, 15000 xp for the fifth track which by the way is AWESOME, really fun track, cartoony so to speak, but pretty fun to race on.

Is the fifth race the Eifel (Kart) track??? If so, three laps of that for 87k?! All my 80s Japanese cars are going to take a stab at that one, for sure.

Is the Kart track a new kart track or is it the same one we've already seen in other seasonals?

Still not refreshed?

nope, checked about 10 mins ago.... nothing...there was a 10 minute delay last week between the seasonals update and the OCD , but 2.5 hours after the new seasonals i think it's next week (i hope i'm wrong)..... oh dear back to grinding indy. just for money too :( level 40 a and b spec.... just collecting cars now 850 something at last count...

no duping

Why in the hell are you still 'grinding' if you're level 40 on both A and B spec? Now you've got to that level, surely you should just be enjoying racing your 850 cars? Or aren't you collecting them to drive?

Call me crazy, but wouldn't have made more sense to have the BG pic for the Japanese 80's events be a Japanese car instead of a German one..... Oh well at least they are putting up new things for us to do!

Maybe he is going for the trophy.

Do you still only win the cr for the position you finish, or is it back to a total of all places 1st to 6th?

Fair enough, but from the sound of it, these new events pay out around the same as Like the Wind and probably take around the same time, maybe slighty longer, but they'll be more fun to race and you can use a wider variety of cars.

These new events sound like a lot of fun with some good rewards. I for one can't wait to get stuck into them.

Even though I'm not big on the Japanese cars, the basic layout is a step in the right direction. Big payouts are nice. I don't need any XP, but cash is always in demand when you only have 150 or so cars.

Though I miss the bonus races, these races are nice. Now it's just a matter of adding multiple seasonal events at a time. These bad boys go by very quickly.

Anyone got a late 80s CRX going spare? You know, the one with the double pane hatch
