For the naysayers...
Where in A-spec can you run an 80's car with 200hp and win $74k??? That logic is ridiculous. This is WAY more interesting and entertaining then grinding LTW-Indy over and over and the payout is the same! I just don't understand that the problem is?
No one is saying they are perfect, I'm still waiting for races where I can use these ridiculous, un-sellable prize cars, but I'm really enjoying the new races. They allow me to use some fun, inexpensive cars that I wouldn't otherwise have any real "use" for and actually make money... not $3k a race in Clubman.
As for lacking the gigantic XP payouts, I can't remember the last time I saw user online who wasn't at least in the high Level 20's... and most are in the 30's. Why should PD keep jumping everyone up to the highest level quickly? What's the gain in that for the? (or for you for that matter.)
I think if your only goal in Gran Turismo is to reach the highest level and hit that 100% as fast as possible then you are missing the forest for the trees.
