Why did Cosmic got banned?
Duke PMed me last night and I wasn't supposed to be banned.
These infraction points didn't even made sense, there was a missunderstanding too, by the staff I think.

I want answers! NOW AND IN DETAILS!

And Swift has already said that Duke will be in contact with you ASAP, and to be honest I do not think that loosing your temper will help matter much at all.

The entire situation would not have occured had you followed the AUP, a subject that has been discussed with you before.

To be blunt the swear filter is in place for a reason, and I fail to see why you believe it should not apply to you. The use of asterixes to get around it does not change matters at all.

I personally find it a bit ironic that you start demanding immediate action be taken, when the situation you find yourself in is one of your own making.

Simply wait for Duke to PM you and calm down.

What's the problem because he said he'd crap himself if he went that fast? It's not like he's saying anyone's crap or that.

We want members who don't treat the AUP as someone else's problem.

Cosmic racked up enough infraction points in the 2 days since it was introduced to earn himself a ban.

Pretty much sums it up.

Cosmic has been warned multiple times. Multiple second chances.

We put our foot down.

He complains that we misunderstood.

Duke and he will have an email/PM conversation and it will be settled.

I emailed from my personal email account to your 'gravitystyle' account this morning about 10:00a my time. Perhaps it got put in your spam folder? If you're using a different email address, update your GTP profile to include it.

After our discussion yesterday, you are still posting profanity like "I'd s**t myself". It doesn't matter if you are typing the *** **** stars yourself; your language is making it clear that this is profanity. You were asked to cease. You didn't cease.

I've made the ban temporary - 5 days. But after it expires you will still be carrying 20 points (out of 30) towards a permanent banning. NOW is the time to heed our warnings and clean up the content and language of your posts and links. It won't be tolerated further.
