Either that you you must complete minimum two laps on each tire (which would be about the same amount of time as 10 laps at most other tracks)

Remember...there is really one long straight...this track is all about the wiggles....having said it is very annoying to hang onto a guy for the whole lap and "lose" him on the straight.....and have to catch him all over again.
 
Are we running on the Nurburgring Nordschleife track or the 24HR Nurburgring version of the track? Reason why i ask because i am running a test drive with the Nissan GTR Nismo Team RJN '13 and anytime i enter the pits, it keeps giving me (Next lap invalidated, left the course) message. I didn't open an online lobby room, just went to test drive and went to the track. Anytime i enter the pits to try and change tire, it keeps giving me that left the course message. Will we be just running on racing softs?

I set up an online lobby room and that message wasn't coming up when i entered the pit lane. Just weird it happened with test drive but not online.

When I changed the oil the Spoon went over both PP and BHP. I hope the numbers on car list were...er...ah ...approximate. (it's a a brand new car)

I'm thinking because we're only going to get a few laps in over 2 hours, we'll do something time based for the tires. I'm thinking of having everyone use softs until the first caution at around 40 minutes into the race, then hards for the next 40~ minutes, and finally back to softs for the race to the finish!

Again sorry to be a pain in the rear but can we get a final decision on the tire rules for tonight's race? I agree with racefan78 in that the above would negate any kind of pit strategy. What about that you you must complete minimum two laps on each tire (which would be about the same amount of time as 10 laps at most other tracks). You would end of driving on RH for 2.905 laps as you would bit on the third lap of the tire stint. Thanks . Looking forward to tonight

Sorry for not getting this together sooner, I was a little busier than I thought I'd be yesterday.

For the race tonight there are a few special rules:

- You must run at least two laps on Racing Hard and Soft tires

- Pit in/out and caution laps count towards those two laps

- Caution begins at the first gantry on the Dottigner Hohe(longest straight) and ends at the final chicane of the GP circuit

- Cautions will take place around 40 and 80 minutes after the start of the race and it will be up to the race leader to decide when to call caution​

BTW, Don't dive bomb Ford-Kurve, there is no backdoor pit entrance in GT6 :ouch:

The race is currently full, but if someone can't make it or doesn't show up your more than welcome to join. Make sure your on GT6 tonight and I'll send you a message if we will or will not have room for you tonight. :)
