Dang that was some crazy awesome racing tonight. I don't think you will find a cleaner series. Especially when you factor in the number of miles we run each night and how many of those miles are spent in close proximity to other racers.

Great job to everyone. Can't wait to come back next season.

Pit strategy was kind of a toss up whether one stop or two stop. At least for me my times weren't too far apart with 2 stop first race and one stop the second. Tight qualifying times as usual.

Lol Teammate! I was like wtf is he doing? If I would of realized you were outa gas I may have pushed you across the line.
 
So, it’s all over. That’s a shame.

Congratulations to team BrntToast for having the best looking liveries this series has ever seen and I really mean that! ;)Seems like IceMan was playing with us all along Brnt as we really never had a chance at taking the team championship with the sandbagging he was obviously doing in the first three races but I’m not bitter or anything, :mad: hat’s off to whatever their stupid team name is.

Once again some great racing last night, lots of fun except of course whatever happened to me midway through lap I of race 1…was driving side by side heading into turn 6’ish (right hander uphill) and it’s almost like Parcells hit an invisible wall on the right side of the track…stopped me dead in my tracks, went from 5-6 to 15th in a heartbeat. Some minor cursing ensued but it’s a long race so keep your wits about yourself I said and bring this baby home. Which is ironic since at this point I’m talking to myself but I digress.

Had a great time working my way through the field though…having cleared some back markers was about 4-5 seconds behind a group of racers I would normally battle hard with (Brnt, teamwork, Dirt(off day/race) and warden I believe???); Those 4 in a close battle allowed Parcells to catch up to the tail end and on lap 8 I decided for an early pit stop in hopes of passing the whole lot of them and lo and behold it actually worked…score one for Parcells!!! Race two was also a blast but Parcells found himself in over his head as I was battling hard with Ice, clutch and eventually Zii…those buggers don’t make many mistakes but fun to race against.

Officially team BrntToast has no more sanctioned races so can we finally drop the conspiracy against us?
 
Hey there gents... Last week was a total loss for me... I was in week 2 of an eye infection - and as a photographer, that kinda sucks for me :-) ... But I'm better now and got to the Tsukuba photos... and here they are... I will be posting Deep Forest later today/tomorrow...

Being as lazy as Parcells is it has always been a minor inconvenience/nuisance for me when Grimm announces everyone to line up near turn 1, I often find myself asking “why can’t I just stay in the pits for crying out loud?” You see, I’m so lazy that it irritates me having to exude pressure on my brake pedal while we just wait there, lots of wasted effort here that could be better used in the race. Otherwise my car slowly drifts towards anything and starts banging, wheel starts spinning it’s a real problem.

Apparently I’m also too lazy to play around with game features else it wouldn’t have taken me a year to figure out if you apply the brakes first THEN hit the pause button your brakes remain on and your car goes nowhere. If I only knew this prior to season 2 (Newman!) and this could also be the real reason BrntToast lost out on this season’s team championship…hey, it’s plausible.

There is actually a reason for doing it.

1-it lets me know everyone is ready to race.
2-you need to be on track to make sure you see everyone.

Optional Team Championship - Season 5
​
  • Open to Active Drivers that meet the below requirements.
  • No extra racing is required.
  • Teams consist of two drivers which divisional total must equal 6 or greater.
  • Example – D1 driver can team up with a D5 driver (1+5=6) or two D3 drivers on the same team (3+3=6).
  • Division assignments based on the following:
    • New Race Car Series Drivers
      • S.N.A.I.L. Drivers - Based on Sunday S.N.A.I.L. division assignments at the conclusion of the previous Wednesday Night Series Season.
      • Non S.N.A.I.L. Drivers – New drivers will need to complete a full season (Minimum 5 Races) before they can compete in the optional Team Championship in order to be placed in the proper RCS Division assignment.
    • Existing Race Car Series Drivers
      • Each season, all drivers will be evaluated and placed in a RCS Division based in previous race data from within the RCS races ONLY.
  • Teams can’t change until after Wed Night Race Car Season is finished.
  • All teams must change team mates at the end of each season
  • Points awarded based on point system above.
  • Team Champions qualify for All Star Race.
  • Please paint both cars in the same team colors (body/wheel).

games are some of Parcells favorite activities. How does this game work? Am I winning or at least ahead?...my post # is 2037, one higher than Zii so I think I'm ahead of him....for a change
 
I can't let either of you stay ahead :lol: 3 more to TTOP if my math is right.
 
It's remedial math, you can probably keep up??? This game sucks btw.
 
It's my first attempt at the game. And I wasn't sure how many posts per page so I went through and counted. But with out my abacus I'm lost.
