Now, had the black car not been there my normal line would have seen the blue car go right under the red car on exit having about 20mph on him at that corner exit point of the track. The red car basically has to come to a complete stop using that line. But seeing as how Major is no rookie either I'm sure that he could have easily made his car wide enough to block that type of expected counter attack.
Under strict rules the IR points incurred would outweigh the position gained. But MOST people driving the black car would not see any reason to file it. If it were Bowler in the black car, and you had gotten by him at any point in that evening then you had better be prepared for a witch hunt of epic proportions and a level 5 "you pissed me off" penalty
