@aerolite , Correct me if I am wrong but didn't you receive a 1 second penalty and lose a position?
Ouch, that has got to hurt. ,
haha......as if I needed a reminder.........I would have beat Lobban by the one point.....a one second penalty ...:banghead: :boggled:......and Chris just had to be sitting right on my a**...

Love those cars, quite a handful sometimes but fun! Too bad my internet took a dump halfway through the last race.
Yea, that was a drag! I saw your car parked in the middle of the track and then poof, you were gone. Kinda the same thing that was happening to Red in race 1.

Who had fun last night? I did, until.....well, never mind. Almost a full room, awesome seeing as there is a new kid on the block. Thanks for your loyalty guys.

Beating Aero by one point.......priceless.
Was a good night for me, I only rear ended GR8 a couple of times and David, I think. Thank Allah, I didn't wreck either of them, whew.

David, keep up the improvement, your starts were excellent and Jezzzzuz Cryyyst Mon, you are hard to pass.

I think we should run more FWD cars, just for Bear.

It was funny to watch Samhains car in the corners with the controller locked wheels, wish I could do that.

I found the talking during the race was a little overwhelming, especially when the game only gives me a small amount of car sound. If I wanted to hear the car, the voice volume was deafening. I am just as guilty as the rest, except for, well, never mind, of talking during the actual race. Let's try and keep the inane chatter to a dull roar while racing.
Speaking of sound, I sure hope they patch that soon.

Concessions, not enough were made last night, there were some, but not enough.
When you race in the Lobanaro Lounge, unless it's a Tomfoolery night, concessions must be observed. When you make contact with another car to gain a position, you must give up that spot to the guy you hit, even if he goes off track and falls to the back of the field, you must concede, as it was your fault. It wasn't just one guy either, there were a couple of others as well.

I think an old school race is in order for next week, seeing as the competition has no vintage cars,( or tracks, or weather). Did I say weather? Oops, my bad.

Man, I keep going back to the scoresheet just to see that one point difference. How sweet that is.
Mike...W.T.F??? More front wheel drive??,!!!! W.T.F?!!! I'm done being nice to you.... if you want to hear your car ...try driving a real car, not some fwd. piece of kaka.... bzzzz, bzzzz, bzzzzz...
hop behind the wheel of an American muscle car!!. Listen to that lumpy cam. It's louder at idle than that little girly car is at full throttle. RUMP, RUMP, and watch the front end damn near lift off the ground when you nail the gas on the straight...WHAAAAAAA. WHAAAAAAAA....
And it's great handling right out the box. It's a muscle car, grab it by the scruff of the neck and throw it where ever you want. It's tuff, it'll take it. If the ass end comes around under braking. Hit the gas, it'll straighten out. If it breaks loose under throttle, don't be a girly boy. Keep your foot in it and steer into the slide, it'll power itself straight. Just like the real life 69 camaro.

Reaction from the Bear........ well, my day is a success. WTF?.....Wasn't That Fun? Vintage cars this week, just for BoB Bear, no Camero tho, he is too fast in that beastie, I guess you won't be racing the Clio in SRM? I have to agree, the Clio is kind of fay, but it sure makes for fun racing when you connect with it.

Steve, I know that one second penalty that allowed me to beat you must be eating you up inside..........good, I hope you gag for a week. One second was enough for you to be sucking my exhaust for the night. one messed up mistake. One second over 90 minutes of racing. That must really hurt. I wasn't Mr. Awesome, but beating you by one self inflicted mistake makes my night a success. WA WA WAAAAAAAAAA.

Bragging rights for at least a week.

I had some great battles in all three races. A few bumps here n there. Most serious was with @Awaffle14 , weather I had you or not, I felt bad about the wreck and made sure I did not benefit from our contact, just wish we had more laps, fun close racing. That pass you made on me in the last turn turn thru traffic was a gem :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

That was great. I thought I was clear and went to turn into the apex and clip, I was around.. that was just good racing, s**t happens! Even if you had made it to the inside lane I would've went by and got my FIRST WIN IN THE LOMBARDO LOUNGE!!! Hahaha. I really felt like that was my race to lose after leading the most laps and having a somewhat comfortable gap between us with a couple to go and sure as s**t I lost it!! Appreciate you letting me by after the quick spin though. The second race I was doing just as good, leading with a 5 second lead until the grass came out and bit me entering the pits, wtf... lol. Again, great racing gentleman. When are the GT3, GTE and other sports car series vehicles going to be raced? Even though the OEM, FWD, Vintage, Horse and Carriage in the rain at some field at night races have turned out pretty good I'm waiting for the fun, wicked handling, fast race cars!! I'm also a noob in the league so don't listen to me.

Car vote is up in the usual spot, Report #2.
One's a 21 year old, fast, open cockpit race car, the others a 46 year old, classic, closed cockpit beauty! Both have amazing sounding V12's!
It's gonna be a tough choice, but either one will find itself at a classic venue!

We need to have three groups next week for the first race. The front pack, the middle pack and BC Boy..... way way back there
Was racing against the CAMEL last night, he is looking for a league to join. I told him about Monday league so watch for him in the thread. He is very fast and clean. Was running the 69 camaro at willow springs, the bugger took 1st place away from me, passed me cleanly on the outside of the last chicane on the last lap. I think he will give BC a run for his money.

Both look good. Ended up going for the 1996 Ferrari 333 SP

**** me Steve, what did I do to piss you off!? You give me a choice of TWO phenomenal cars on a Monday I'm working!!!??? I vote we do the Clio until my next Monday off.
Even though they're both awesome, I've always liked older women. Love those curves and the way she purrs when I squeeze her pedal. One of my all time favorites...

All right fellas, these cars are like the movie “Sophie’s Choice”. How do you choose which one will live?!?

To prevent drama of selecting vintage cars, I’d say we better to defer to whatever Bear wants, or else someone could end up in a hurt locker. Here are some tips for surviving if Yogi Bear comes after you because you picked the “wrong” car...

Dude, I think I've seen it all, and you come up with this hilarious stuff. Is there a special "Police Only" internet that I'm missing out on? This one's friggin' awesome. Just kept laughing my but off more and more!
I know..... right? Gutter finds stuff nobody else does... Huh am I right?...I never see this stuff on my internet.....

There’s “The Web”, then the “Deep Web”, and then the “Dark Web” and finally, in the pits of insanity, the “GUTTER Web”. It’s a pretty bad ass place, but not as bad ass as this...

Bear, Google is your friend. Not GutterGoogle, but real google. I'm so glad to be living in this age of instant information where anything that makes you curious is right at your finger tips. Between YouTube and Google, I have learned how to build guitars, sim rigs, bike repairs and so much more. With YouTube, you can watch a ton of good racing videos from all over the world, you can even watch sheep singing Christmas carols if that turns your (Aero) crank. I'm a big reader and I don't remember the last time I held a real paper book in my hand. Access to music now is astounding. My IPad has been running almost steady for the past 5 years and has never let me down.

Yup, Mike is right. I can tune in to Pandora and listen to my own “radio stations” of just the songs I like. Jump on YouTube to watch classic Can-Am racing videos, find Kindle or iTunes self-published zombie books that a regular publishing company would never even consider putting out in paperback. Find something on Amazon or eBay and have it delivered to my door within days. And go onto Pinterest and find some of the crazy pics I post. As much as I miss working on a carburetor or points and condenser, some of this new technology is really good. 30 years ago who would of thought we’d all be meeting up every week to drive digital racecars and be bs’ing with each other from around the world?
