If any of you group A guys are practicing the Mini, it would be great if you could get me lap times and avg fuel usage per lap. Osh A and B. Save me from having to run a bunch of laps. Thanks!

Sorry to say but it wasn't quite a success actually IMO. There were too many crashes, on-screen stuttering and still frustrating bugs resulting in disconnections, abandonments of races.... (one minute you're on the track with everyone else and the next minute you're wondering "Heyyy!!!!...where'd everyone go?"... as you find it suddenly got quiet and you find yourself alone on the track) resulting in having to leave the lobby in progress and re-join via new invitation and lobby. It was quite chaotic and frustrating actually. Despite staying up extra late to see the night through (later than most as I'm now one hour ahead) by the third race or just before when that happened again it was just too much for me to have to re-join again (then around 11:30-11:45pm) so I had to abandon joining the final session which is very strange for me as I generally stick right through beginning to end of our race nights.

Crashes aside, I was really hoping patch 3 was going to be released (at least for us on consoles in N/S America) before next Monday hopefully addressing whatever bugs but latest news from Ian Bell about the long delay despite being already released in Europe it seems it will not now be available to us until next Tuesday (perhaps even later).

EDIT: And one more thing. About the 2 class racing idea thingy....with the Group A faster guys despite having the advantage of being faster on top of that being given even faster cars that in my opinion added insult to injury as (maybe because of the particular car) because it was so much faster there was hardly any time if any to be aware or see those guys coming up from behind as one second you're going along your merry way and in the next second the faster cars are passing you in a flash and you have to hope for the best.

I wasn't there and just took a quick glance at some of the comments. It seemed race craft wise it was a great success, other than the glitches and whatever else was wrong idk but I'd still consider the 2 car classes idea a success. The 1st night was almost flawless until I myself got disconnected. I don't think I'll be there Monday night @aerolite @Mike Lobban. Basement isn't set up yet. Have a good race night boys, talk to you all next week. Great track tomorrow night! That's one of the best tracks on the game in my opinion. Enjoy the snow..

Aero I ran a few laps earlier.....to give you lap times I guess I need to know if there will be heavy snow or just regular snow. With regular snow there is no snow on the track and you have to use wet tires. With heavy snow there is snow on the track and you have to use ice tires. Not sure if you can release that type of information but to give you lap times I'll need to know which

If you look at previous TOPP you will see it says in the track info that Season=Snow. So make sure your season setting is set to that. This automatically puts snow and ice on the track and you will have to use ice tires. The falling snow does make it a little bit more slippery but not too much and it does reduce visibility a lot. We tested in blizzard settings and there didn’t seem to be much more accumulation of snow on the track after awhile, but it’s hard to see!
Each race will be set to Season=Snow, we will just adjust the amount of snow falling.
If you would set to light snow for times then that would be fine.
Thanks.

As far as Oschersleben goes......if the season is set to snow and it's December 1sr to 15th it snows but no snow on track. If I set it to after December 15th to anytime in January it has snow on track. Couldn't get the track temp below 32 Fahrenheit until I put it past December 15th

Just a heads up Aero and Lobbie. I'll be skipping tomorrow Monday night's race night. Just not able to fight up with Pcars 2 current bugs situation, and more so under snow condition which makes things even more up in the air. Was hoping the latest patch 3.0.1 would have been available for us here in N/S America by this weekend which hopefully would have fixed some issues. If it were I would have participated. But since it would not be until at least next Tuesday I'll bow out and save myself some frustration and extra late night. That would leave my spot free should anyone else wish to participate.
I should be back on the following Monday night pending release of the updated patch. All the best to you guys. Good luck.

Thanks for the times and fuel Camel, appreciate that.
I never played with the dates, just left it on the date that came up when I changed the season to snow and there was always snow on the track. It seemed, if I remember, to default to Jan 12 but I’d have to look again to confirm. Interesting the way it changes though!

Eff me!
I go to practice tonight. I do a lap and decide to change my camber. The game tells me some BS about profanity - for chossing to save my setup as 'loosesnow'. Since when is that profatity? Profanity is: 'I effed that effing loose slut Mary in the effing snow!' Then.. I realise I have no profile. No name and I am back to U1530. Only after several reboots and hooking up my ether cable does it finally recognize me. Too tired to practice now...
Please... SMS.. fix your ****! get off your ass*s and do your jobs!!! We do and we are ready to relax so do yours!
I haven't seen anything so beautiful yet so ugly since Paris Hiulton....
Rant over. See you Monday gents...

Just... WOW!!!

You know, I've been having some fun with GTSport the past couple weeks. You all know I appreciate realism over video gaming, but lately, I'm just sick of the bugs in PCARS 2. The biggest problem for me is: I wasn't tired of PCARS 1 yet! PCARS 2 just wasn't ready. They wanted the money now, even though they new it wasn't ready. Hopefully it gets sorted sooner than later.

Oh, Steve and Mike, EVERYTHING CHANGES with days, and times, and weather, etc. We'll never know what's coming unless you specify the date and time. And that's a good thing if you ask me. Keep changing it up. Keep us on our toes. :sly: Well, until Monday night that is. Then let us know. We do want to know what tires to put on our car. And we need to know if we need to adjust our downforce!

hmmmm. Perhaps all you guys are doing something wrong...I'm not having any of these troubles you are mentioning. No more pit stop problems, set up problems. Hence if I'm not having problems the game must be fine. It must be some thing you guys are doing wrong.....bahahahahaaa....bahahahahaaa ok my maniacal ironic laugh is over.... I feel your pain...I've been there. And yes I believe you. Even tho others may not.....

How we picture Old Bear, and how he really is when PCars has a pit stop bug!

As Mike mentioned above the patch is out. It is 4.6xx GB. Took me just over an hr to DL, so that should be the longest as I am rural with only a 10mbps DL rate.

I have pasted a couple of items below from other sites as you need to delete all saved tunes.

4) select Upload
5) prompt will come up asking Do you Want To Overwrite This Saved Data? select box for Apply To All then select Yes and you're done

It seems that most of you enjoyed last night, I heard lots of banter and laughs and what sounded like some good battles, so that was good. Those conditions certainly made for a different night of racing. It seems that most of the glitches were gone which is a good sign.

A couple of weeks ago I missed giving a shout out to @GUTTERBOY3007 for his first ever win, well he got another last night, so good on ya man!

Congrats to @The__Camel, this weeks "Mr. Aawesome" for the Grp A win  (that's six in a row, seriously, we gotta come up with a plan :mischievous: )

Congrats to @Mike Lobban, this weeks "Mr. Baawesome" for the Grp B win  ( I still hate writing that :D )

Camel aka Gazelle 1, 1 and 1 again yes. Papayo. *Bows head*
And Lobbie getting on: 1, 2 and 2. That boy on steroids or something these days. Congrats bro.
And special shout out to my buddy Old as the hills Bear for 2nd place in Group B. So proud of you bro. Gih dem beans. Get on with your bad self. Woot woot.

its gonna be hard to find a combo that was as fun as last night. Wow, my buthole was clenched so tight, I almost couldn't poop this morning. Thanks to Bear and Gutter for the fantastic last race, Gutter was on fire......although the track got very wide at points, your recoveries were a thing of beauty.
I gotta have the stupidest laugh, I sound like friggin Santa Claws.
What are we going to do with Camel? I know he is always looking for green numbers, but after a while running fast laps with us Wankers is more like running TTs. I wish I had his talent.
Winning for me is secondary to me having fun racing door to door with someone. My only goal is to pound on Steve and beat him by one point every night.
Where did Colts go?
David.....Jesus Christ mon, we missed you on the white devil track in that snowstorm, big wussie. Have you ever even seen real snow?
Congrats to Chris, Samhain, Mr. Aawesome.........Camel doesn't count anymore.....so there.
Suggestions are always welcome.....for combos, tracks, anything that will provide some fun racing. Steve and I both think the multi class stuff is working out well, so suggest a good multi class combo so we can have someone else to rag on if it sucks. JK, bring em on.
