Race Day!
Big difference in the two cars tonight, so we need Grp A guys in the 98T to be very careful when coming up on Grp B in the 49C. It's amazing how quick that car can suddenly appear!
If you are not on the lists below, you need to let us know by 7 pm if you are racing tonight.


Race 1 & 3 - Classic SPA - 10 laps
Grp A - Max fuel to start = 105 liters
Grp B - Max fuel to start = 35 liters

Race 2 - Modern SPA - 14 laps
Grp A - Max fuel to start = 65 liters
Grp B - Max fuel to start = 24 liters

Gas guzzling pos, just a bit of a difference.
On that note about you fast fuggers passing us slugs, it's also up to us slugs to keep to one side of the track on the straights, you don't want to be in the middle of the track when The Camel and all his Homeys come screaming up your poop chute........you won't see them coming until it's to late to move, and by the way.....hang on tight.
I don't think I have ever practiced a combo more than this one, hope it pays off.
I wonder what Aeros excuse will be tonight, when the Bawesome one kicks his donkey butt (ass)....again. Will I have to bring my Wa wa waaaaaa out?
Bear, expect weather......when and what kind is still up in the air. Lol, I just got it.... I hope you got your tuning sorted out so you can help me.
Two classes on track worked out last week. Well enough to keep it going, imagine a full room with 4 classes of cars. 4 in each class, interesting.

The room might fill up tonight, I suggest being ready by 19:50 hrs est. qualy opening at 20:00. For Bear that means the big hand is on 10 and the little hand is on 7. Watch out for dem little bones.
 
Well it looks like "Mr. Baawesome" seems to be sticking for group B. ( thanks Mcinnis). You'll notice I added another "a" in there, seemed a sheepish thing to do, :rolleyes:
 
Im doing some laps now and holy mother :censored:er :banghead: this car is angry :lol:. I will also say again if ya need a spot for a more regular driver i will gladly help there 👍, i did miss 2 weeks.
 
About the secretive weather. I noticed there are no rain/wet tyres, at least for the Lotus Type 49C Cosworth (Group B). There was Automatic Weather, Vintage, All-Terrain and I believe Snow.
All-Terrain I believe is for rally type surfaces, Snow...well is for snow. What does one choose for rain if there's rain seeing there's no Rain/Wet tyres from which to choose? Curious minds want to know.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the weather David. However, Auto by Weather is the "Track tire" which would be used in the rain.

Aren't you guys racing the 72D? We are racing the 98T and 49C.
If there is an opening by all means you can join us. How about we put you in whichever group is smaller, are you ok with that? Just means you have to be ready to drive either car.

Can't make it tonight guy's. Tree down over powerlines in East Idk where the fk Connecticut. GPS is the ****, Awaffle en' route with the bucket truck to save the power companies a$$ again. I'll pretend it's a Lotus when the Cummins turbo is screamin. I might be home for the last race, possibly the last 2. We'll see.. Have fun racing that thing, fun car. Turn the boost up to 100 and hold on!

I've been informed by the wife my son will be playing NASCAR Heat. So that's not me.
 
To clarify the above, wait.....I forgot....oh yeah, Group 2 cars should treat old Spaaaaaa like the freeway, stay to the right except to pass........if possible of course.
If there's anybody old enough to remember Pink Floyds Unagama album from the early seventies, there's a song called Careful with that axe Eugine. That's the type of screaming we'll hear tonight. Death curdling.

Too many glitches tonight, felt bad for those of you that got crapped on by the game! Getting DC’d right at the start really blows CB, I hate that! As David says above, the patch can’t come quick enough and I hope there are some fix’s.
The night ran later but thanks to all for sticking it out.

It's so weird, but I've been having the same problem recently. The game hasn't had any updates, but all of a sudden, tunes and pit strategies occasionally aren't saving anymore. :confused::confused::confused:

No no no.....you don't know what you are doing... its not happening to anybody else. It must be some thing you are doing wrong. Your not saving it properly. Just shut up and race...
Hmmmmmm. .. perhaps now people will believe me and understand the frustration.
