Well,the ucd is the same for everyone.That was proven here https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=134403 thoroughly,so i seriously doubgt that anyone can buy a 0 mile car in the ucd,EXCEPT the Veyron of course

The game save file will tell you how many day(s) in addition to telling you the date & time you last saved.
