Why are traders so intent on Getting cars with 0 Miles? the whole point of this game is to drive the Cars, Not stare at them in the virtual garage..it's beyond me.

I agree. That's why I make it a point that mileage doesn't matter to me when I post a wanted ad. This way someone looking to tip the scales on a trade because their end has zero miles will be warded off. I'm pretty sure every car in my garage has mileage on it.

Im assuming here, that 0 Miles = No chassis repair costs. For example, I took delivery of a brand new X2010 with no miles, did one lap, crashed, put on like 5 miles, went to get it repaired, 500000 credit cost.

Its traders actually having some value left in something in the game. Duping/birthday glitching etc means that there really is nothing valuable anymore... however standard cars that have 0 miles on them can't just be picked up easily in game.

There are threads detailing how useless chassis restore and engine restore are and how they have no impact on performance, therefore mileage really has no impact on performance.

As soon as you drive any 0 mile car it gives you the option to repair the chassis. When I first got the Buick Special I went 2 laps around High Speed Ring, no crashes and that option was there. It is for any car as soon as you hit the track.

@OP: Yeah, I'm such an idiot for wanting 0 mileage cars, how could I ever be so DUMB?! I can't believe how stupid I am.

Seriously though, just let us play the game how we want to play it, and don't complain about it. Please.

But if the sole reason they use this game is to trade they might aswell brought a pack of cards?
I know its stupid. I don't really care about mileage. The cars in this game are made to be driven and not just looked at. Once i get both Ferrari F1s i'm gonna rack up the mileage on them. :)

I didn't say the people were stupid did I? Merely the principle.

It is quite silly but let the fellas enjoy their game, that is just another aspect and may bring a little enjoyment. Personally I don't care if a car has 450,000 miles on it.

I bought two FGT's one in the used car lot at 1500ish miles, the maximum I got out of it was 891bhp. The second one I bought in the online dealership with 500miles on it. It is putting out 920ish bhp.

Because I don't like other people calling the activities I do on my own game 'stupidity' when it doesn't even affect said people.

Well sorry if my thread has offended you, I didn't go out with the intention to offend anyone.

But a question to you...Why do you do it?

So you can see how far you've driven them (on premiums at least).

You Can't drive the Ferrari F1s in A-Spec, B-Spec or Online
