I think he meant real tracks new to the GT series, not new original tracks. That's the way I took anyways.
^ I'd rather see PD bringing back its original tracks first than adding any more tracks whether if it real or fictional in future GT titles...

...we need SSR11 damnit!!!

:grumpy:

Agreed on the Topgear post, The whole track is already modelled its basically a case of moving the cones and adding splits.

Rather than a Monza short course I'd love to be able to use the banking. That would add another two tracks, the oval itself and the old full course. Maybe some tyres could be placed along the pit straight to seperate the two sides of the track.

Monza banking gets my vote & the 70,s layout perfect for those P3,s & XJ 12,s

But all the old GT tracks would be a better or at least from GT3 & 4 some classics there & they cost nothing as they are not real so no paying track owners to use them.:)

^ Precisely! But also credit all the older (more fun) tracks/circuits from GT1 & GT2! ;)

Would love to know what Kaz's team are doing right now, in terms of all the old GT original tracks suck as El. Capitan and Costa d' Amalfi.

Except neither are really old tracks. Tracks like Apricot Hill and Midfield are old tracks. Although I must admit, Amalfi would be an ideal track to put in the game. It's good rally, good drift, good time trial and a good two-four car race track.

I have noticed something strange yesterday. I was looking at wet tracks that are in the game but you can't race them. Tuscany generated tarmac tracks in GT Rally Special is well done. Reflection of a car is poor quality but I think it's PS3 weakness here. Too bad we can't choose wet tuscany in course maker.
Then I took a look on wet TGTT in license test with GTR. Damn, afternoon, wet track, what a waste. But suddenly... what a minute what the hell is wrong with replay? Where are road reflections? Where is the sun? Gone. Track in replay is visually dry, and there is no sun visible. I have strong feeling that it wasn't finished at all at GT5 release and we may get weather/time change TGTT with Spec II.

Like others I wouldn't pay for tracks made with minor adjustments.

But if they would release DLC with Spa and Bathurst I would gladly cough up some Euro's

Not sure what I would do for GT4 tracks though

Ofcourse, for tracks like Daytona, Grand Valley and others with multiple configurations should have free drive.
