Hey guys,

Another video idea popped up in my head and I decided to jump on it.
Here's the result.

Enjoy! All comments are welcome :)

Personally I wouldn't mind if none got added except for one - the LFA which is exceptional. There are probably 200 cars from Europe and North America that I would rather have and you're talking to an MX-5 fan and former owner. I'm really enjoying the European focus of the game, particularly some of the rarer cars. I'm not sure I want a lot of cars from Gran Turismo recreated in Driveclub. New stuff to drive and experience just interests me more.

Ok I'll accept the MX-5 ;). And a 1988 Toyota Supra. I much prefer that model to the '97 one a lot of people like.

This isn't an Anti Japanese car rant, more a keep the fresher cars coming. I'd also like some older cars. I'd really like them to add some classics that haven't featured much in driving games.

Austin Allegro anyone?

Very nice video, although I disagree with most of the suggestions. I'd be happy with a LFA, a post 2000 RX7 and a Subaru/Mitsubishi combo.

Like @JohnScoonsBeard says, I'm also happy with the variety so far appearing in DC - some nice surprises. From hints around the web, Japanese cars are ready for the game, it's just the licensing paperwork hasn't been received back yet, or somesuch.

Frankly, I find it amusing how on pretty much every GT thread over on the main forum, you will get slammed for defending the Japanese car population of the GT games - yet all I hear on Driveclub's FB page is the polar opposite.

Maybe people only like Japanese cars if made by a non-Japanese studio...it's crazy.

Slightly off topic, but I think you have a surprisingly low subscriber count. I think you have a good speaking voice, good, mostly unbiased opinions and a very professional editing style! I hope you can get more!

On topic: I do agree with you. The lack of Japanese cars is a shame, even though my favourite place for cars is Europe (LOTUS!!!!). As previously mentioned the LFA would be nice, as well as the subie and the lancer, and even the mx5 from your video.

For the civic I'm going to be honest but the new Civic type r seems more realistic to be added in.

@JohnScoonsBeard @MeanElf , to each their own 👍

@MeanElf , I also noticed that as well. It's kinda funny really but I don't mind the bias in Driveclub. That's another reason why I only mentioned 15 worthy competitors :D there's plenty more but nah, 15 is alright for Driveclub purposes. Let's see what Evo has planned

@Chameleon9000 Slightly off topic: Thank you for the comments kind sir :D

On Topic: It seems the LFA is most desirable, 2nd is the Subaru Mitsubishi combo and lastly the MX-5. No love for the FTO and 86? :guilty:,

@ELmarcotuff seems pretty realistic. Let's see what Evo says.

Oh yeah, forgot about those last two! Especially the 86! Great car! :)

If DC adds JDMs, I'd be happy with the LFA and GT-R Nismo, and maybe the FD2 Civic Type R.

I'd like to see for the Compact class a JDM/Euro Type R Civic or an american Si. for Sport, cars as the Lancer/WRX aswell as a Skyline or NSX. and for the supersports a Nismo GTR and Lexus LFA.
For Hyper give me a Toyota GT ONE Road car!!!!

Why didn't I think about the GT-One Road car earlier. GENIUS!!!

As for the classes I think it should work 👍

Hope you're reading this Evo :sly:

I think you'd need to swap those two around, The ZZII would get swamped in the hyper class (but there again, it'd probably swamp anything in the performance class too...)

ZZ-II in Super then, R390 in Super or Perf, I don't think the R390 could hold it's own in hyper either

Unless if the R390 gets a Driveclub Edition makeover , then it should hold its own

Driveclub's car class system is laughable anyway. Who would ever think of placing a 1 series and an RS5 in the same tier? Not that it matters much, as the game isn't very realistic to begin with.

For JDM I would like to see:

- 2016 NSX
- GT-R Nismo
- FT-1
- RC-F
- LFA
- Mazaspeed 3 or mx5
- Subaru STI
- Evo X
- RX-7 Twin turbo (FD)

other considerations would be the 370z or g37s coupe, supra, older NSX any body style though i prefer the last year.
