40bhp, that should definitely should give you a few tenths on the straights.
 
Thankyou everone who sent me list of cars and for ideas:bowdown:.
I have done some testing but it will take a little bit so I won't have a
new car till next round, also I have tried my Suzuki and I think I will do
better this time around, so far I have a 1:13:6xx. Not to bad:).
 
I just broke into the 1'13.4's, now my TVR has it's gears set up properly.
 
well after quite some driving i guess my limited driving abilities won't get my qualling time past the 1'16"165 i mentioned earlier.
did the 15 lapper again and shaved off 3 seconds to 19'18"597.
guess i'll be mrbottomofthelist this week :yuck:
never mind it's good fun anyway :)
 
Guess what guys,

I decided to change the setup on my m5, im using medium power and weight, this solved the entire elevation change issue ive been having, although i had to change my entire suspension setup it was worth it.

ive got my time down to 1:12.2xx and my new m5 is more than capable of getting into the 1:11s. :)
 
Low 1'12's eh, congrats, that's fast.
 
I'm now at 1'12.6xx


Im going to bring in a new car if Deathwishoodjwefewkg has left, then we'll be back at 3 cars.

*stares* Damn, damn, damn. I was pretty happy until I saw the reurgence of DUNDA's M5. :irked: Oh well, I think I'm turning my times in. Nothing much else left for the SLR or the Jag.
 
I've been pretty buisy lately with work and stuff so I apologise now if I am unable to make qualifying or the race for the next few rounds, I will do my best to though 👍
 
submitting my 116165. damn, seems like the rest of the field is 4-5 secs faster than me ... already got the multilapper, now working on getting stable times with no offs.
 
I'd like to request a car change, the new car will be used for Grand Valley and Test Course, and then changed back, since you can change car every two rounds.

TVR 350C - BMW M5 (704 Bhp)

I will start using the M5 at Grand Valley.
 
oh no!!

2 m5s at test course, now thats going to be interesting. my car is currently running at 656hp @ 1509kg, thats seems to be the best track combo i could get with car, but for test course im probably gona run it at 761hp @ 17??kg, the max speed i got out of that was around +-270mph, but i havnt really sat with it yet. I know I got my non 2.3 m5 to 298mph,
 
My times been submitted, I'm very pleased with it, heres to a good race 👍.
 
Yeah, you can only change ONE car every two rounds if you're running two cars. As far as I know George, you're only running the one. You can add on a car now(before the end of SSR5), but if you're only running one, you can change after this round (SSR5) and that'll be the last time you can change until the All-Star event.

My BMW can go over 700 Bhp with ballast.

But hey, I may as well run two cars and keep the TVR in :)

i just feel like im cursed, coz for some reason i am only able to get second, lol

well anyway congrats live4speed, thats an amazing time with the r390, maybe il have more luck in the race
 
Cheers guys, well done to everyone else too. I thought it was difficult to find a good rythem on this track.

I had a time of 1'11.744 too but I hit one of the walls in the second section of the track.
 
Great time Liveforspeed, well done 👍 I have improved to a 1'13.123, I can see myself getting into the 1'12s but no where near the 1'11s :(
 
OK guys, that was A FANTASTIC qualifying session, everyone was closely matched!!!

I have tried out the race and I did ok, I will try again tomorrow.
And i'm about done with testing, and so far I have found only one
car that is faster than my Suzuki:(. Oh well I guess.
 
Third, well, could be worse, but my race times are much better, I think my best lap was 1'11.4xx (might of been 1'11.7xx
 
Well, my race times are in. I'm happy with my results, particularly the SLR, now that she totes 805 hp to the rear wheels. :trouble:

Best laps from the race

SLR McLaren: 1'11.720 (Let's hear it for 800+ hp!!)
Jaguar XK-R: 1'12.741 (Much better than my qualy.. Tightened up the suspention spring rates and shifted Ballast midward.)

I think between 6 and 9 of my laps went into the 1'11.xxx's, the others were 1'12.1-3xx
 
Got my time down to a 1'12.77x, getting closer, this just isnt my kind of track.

What controler is everyone using? Im using analog sticks on my DS1.
