Has this happened to anyone else? I know I've heard of 1 car in UCD with 0 miles, but 2 Bugatti's with 0 miles.... By the way, I'm not a Bugatti fanboy, this just caught me by surprise, I haven't played GT in like 3 weeks.

No it's in the Used Car Dealership. That's why I'm really surprised. Only used cars with miles should be there. Both Bugatti's have 0 miles. I'd like to post the picture, but um... I don't know how from my Iphone. If someone knows, I'm game.

Buggatis never have mileage when they're in the Dealership.
I've seen two Bugattis in the UCD at once with zero miles on them. Didn't need one since I'd got mine for free (prize car) but it's interesting that you did too.

Like Cowboys965 already said. Bugattis ALWAYS got 0 miles and I had 2 Bugattis several times already at the UCD. Just check the UCD guide and you can see when 2 of them are in the UCD at the same time. Other cars at the UCD can also have 0 miles. Check the corresponding topic if you wanna know more about it.

Currently have 2 veyron's in my UCD too, been cycling the UCD like mad for the past 2 days trying to get a particular colour veyron, of the about 10 so far none have been the only 1 I am missing. 🤬 🤬
Wow I have only painted one and its the lone paintable lol. I'm looking for all factory colors so I would relish having two in the UCD at the same time.
As said, painting removes the two-tone effect. However, fantastic news for me. After my 1st UCD cycle today, the Bugatti I have waited 18 months and nearly 25,000 game days for is finally in my possession. No more cycling the UCD for me, all 29 Bugatti cars (with 0/0/0 stats) in my garage now. 👍
As has been stated, Veyrons in UCD have no mileage, and yes, I've had two in the same 5 day cycle. Even more, they were both the "creamsicle" (orange and white) paint scheme.
