The Audi R8

Despite the fact that I may still be a bit bitter over the Audi knocking off my precious 911, I'd have it in a heartbeat versus the Swede. Purely in the sense that it is a car that you can get in and out of easily, drive to the grocer, and not have it attempt to kill you seems to make it the better choice... Even when I think the idea of spinning backwards into heaven while on fire is a good one.

I'll have the Audi. Plus, IRON MAN owns one...

I'd take the Audi. Don't want to attract too much attention.

Has to be the R8. It's the realistic choice and would give you 90% of the experience without the massive price.

Audi for me too. A Koenigsegg would be a very cool car to have, and I would love to own one, but since seeing a few on the road, I've gotten to really love the R8.

The Keonigsegg CCX-R was my vote, looks better, faster, doesn't have 4WD, and more expensive than the R8. That body, is totally made out of carbon fiber and you can take the roof off that CCX-R too? Sounds like a car for my vote.

Sure, if you like paying $1 million more for nothing more than a bigger spoiler & a carbon fibre exposed body. The CCX-R Edition (the car nominated) is just stupidly overpriced.

The Audi grabs my vote. Gorgeous design, great performance, and not that far out of reach.

It looks almost like a Gallardo for a German car

It looks nothing like a Gallardo. :odd:

Are you just grasping for straws at an argument because I pointed out the car you thought was better was just overpriced for no reason, and that anyone would be better off saving $1 million & just buying a CCX, which is more than enough car?

No, just pointing a statement. I wasn't trying to argue, just pointing out that the body design looks similar to a Gallardo. I know that you guys always start a fight like this but I was making a compliment, because I like the R8 too.

"That's not change... That's more of the SAME!"

As much as I dislike the Audi, it is a more realistic and comfortable choice than said Koenigseggesggesdssegegaslkdfegsegegg

I think it could be a R8, GTR final. GTR is obviously going to win this whole thing though.

Not really....

For one, I'm not too thrilled that it's a less capable Gallardo, that people love talking about two engines which haven't been offered publicly yet, and that someone's tried to shove VAG (SEAT and Audi, in particular) propaganda down my throat leaves a bit of a bitter taste.

It's also a little flashy for my tastes, with that blade thing on the side, and maybe I just don't get it. Its performance is also a bit middle-of-the-road for it's price, but considering that, It's not all bad, either. It's just not my favorite.

R8, there isn't really even a nanosecond to think about this one. The R8 is just about perfect except for being out of my price range. :grumpy:

The body shape almost look exactly the same Reventon, but I guess you find that offensive

Even if that were true (which it is not), why on earth are you complaining? What would you prefer it to look like? A Ford Focus?

I voted for the Koenigsegg because it has more horsepower and is a good.

I voted for the Audi R8. My reasoning? Well its humanly possible to own one at one point in anyones lifetime if they save up for long enough. It looks great aswell.

If I had the money for either of these two cars. I'd buy the R8.

Maybe this is more accurate

Does it look similar now? Because I've read that the R8 is based out of the Gallardo's platform

The R8 is based on the Gallardo platform. However, because the Gallardo's body came from the Le Mans Quattro Concept's Audi Space Frame body, the Gallardo is technically the one built off the R8.

But, neither car look alike.
