IMO:

Man of the Race: Button. (Maldonado so close)

Loser of the Race: Grosjean.

There aren't many overtaking but hell, it's exciting! 👍

Great job by Button.

And it was a pretty good race, is nice to see that RB is not overpacing lately, Vettel was pretty damn lucky with that Safety Car but it was no match for Button.

This season is looking good so far.

Oh no! I have to listen to Damon Hill and the other guy, the worlds most boring presenters...

Damon is alright.

What the F? Is John Button being paid by Sky? He gets more airtime than Ted Kravitz.

Good race. Shame Pastor messed up like that on the last lap. Had been cheering for him. Man of the day is Jenson. He was just too fast for everyone else. Nice Job by Seb. Really happy he managed to salvage a second place out of it. And who says he can't overtake? Shame about Schumacher, but I think he would have ended up behind Vettel, Hamilton and Webber.

Glad to see Kobayashi get some points. Nice job by Ricciardo and Vergne too.

I'd give Jenson and Kamui the driver of the weekend. Button made it look easy and claimed a return to 2009 feel (though I say he's gotten better since then). Kamui came away with sixth all with a broken wing.

Loser of the day, and it kills me to say this but...Pastor "Over Eager" Maldanado

Good race. Red Bull have shown they weren't showing their hand in qualy and if the racing is this good, it's looking to be a great season (except for maybe Valencia)

Damn that was a great race - Great job to all the drivers, and especially But

<<<<----------- Note the Ava

Thats all

:)

In the absence of Sky, couldn't resist following the live timing for the last few laps. Great to see Button win, top drive by Vettel too, and Ham up there but apparently a bit sulky on the podium.

Hoping this season will be a little closer than last year - of McLaren can keep up their qualifying pace then they'll be improving on their main issue from last year, and at least gives them a better chance in the race.

Looks like Grosjean didn't get the most out of the Lotus, Raik had a good run. Sad for Schumi, the pace didn't look so good, and the 2 initial laps of no DRS is clearly the Achilles Heel of their wing system.

Was awesome to see many cars in the mix, I was really hoping Maldonado could get his Williams into 5th, as for Senna... well...
Looks like the podium will be shared with a few more teams this year for sure if this keeps up.

And then we have Alonso, who has shown once again that when he crosses the finish line, he gets there before his car.

I am disgusted but not surprised that channel 10 have taken the advert free broadcast from the UK and stuffed adverts in it, bastards. 👎

It looks pretty much like last year. One "dominant" team that is way ahead in qualifying and the second team is well back in quali but close in race pace.

I'm sure there will be a lot less complaining than there was last year though.

But Timo Glock only finished one lap down. I think you'll find that Pic pitted several times in the last few laps.

Must have had some serious car issues then. Still wasn't like he was ever on the pace.

Not that impressed with Raikkonen. He did alright considering he's had two years out but after the start he was stuck in the midfield and didn't really do much else.

Honestly, you don't want to listen the commentary in Polish television (well, at least now they don't talk only about Kubica). That's why I have to watch English online streams instead.

Congratulations to Jenson, though I'm not surprised by his performance. Being gentle with the tyres was the key to win this very race, and Jenson really is a true gentleman. Shame on Maldonado, he wanted to prove that he can beat Alonso, should've kept his position instead.

Hamilton looks like he wants to kill someone, maybe he should realize Nicole isn't his muse. Rather the McLaren-BMW F1 back at woking is his true muse.

Poor Williams... Can only hope that they will be able to score decent points in Malaysia. Also, it seems that the top 2 teams last year are here to stay, the mercs and lotuses didnt seem to perform that well during races although Grosjean got put out of the race early..

Hmmm, I wonder why.:sly:

Because the same people who complained about Red Bull having a dominant car last season won't be complaining this year. Purely speculating at this point though. Only one race down.

I guess i'll just have to wait until Malaysia or China before sum up the early season for Mercedes. Been quick in Qday but in full-race pace. Unknown.

I think Lotus, Ferrari and Merc GP should worry more about Williams and Sauber first before tackling McLaren and RBR.

I know what you meant!

*used :sly: to indicate point taken*

At least you don't get the One/Ten lot

At least you can understand the language of your broadcast. Can we please stop complaining about broadcasters? In the past year, I have had TSN, Speed, BBC and FujiTV.

Lewis, you're such a miserable git.

Oh noes, you didn't win! Someone else drove, dare I say it, better than you! *Gasp*
