Never watched F1 in Russian, must be pretty cool/funny. (Speak Russian too)
So 3am eh? I suppose live, does that mean F1 is rather big in Russia?
i knew it would confuse someoneI currently live in the US.
But yea as far as a i know F1 is pretty big in Russia. At least was in the 90s. That question actually brought up an interesting memory. I thought F1 was taken off of Russian TV after Senna's death, but as I was 8 years old when i witnessed it, i'm not entirely sure it wasnt a case of taking a dog to play on the farm.
I suggest watching it in Russian when a guy named Popov is commentating. The guy is a walking encyclopedia.
1'23 👍

i've found a russian website where you can check out past recordings and as far as i can gather will feature future broadcasts as well(i assume it's in an official capacity? It does say this is for any country outside of russia? pirates dont usually exclude their major markets

He said not bad, I heard it clearly and he said it himself in an interview with Lee McKenzie.
I don't have the sector times for Rosberg but apparently his sector 2 time was really good which might suggest it wasn't all down to the DRS but I suspect they will slower still.

How many fresh sets of tyres does Grosjean have? He barely did any runs, one run in Q2, none in Q3 and not sure what he did in Q1.
No he did 2 in Q2, just binned the lap and went in, I doubt he used those tyres for his completed Q2 lap.
What might be interesting tomorrow is a 3-stop is just 3 tenths faster then the 2-stop, that should give some flexibility into strategies, expect Kamui to go for 2 and the Mercs to go for 3, the 4-stop was only 8 seconds down, which would work a treat if there was a safety car.

Pretty pretty sure it was "not bad".
Not so sure anymore.
Speaking of pitstops...
McLaren have apparently repainted their pitbox so that it points slightly towards the garages... They say that turning right off the apron and then left into the pitbox parallel to the garages loses them about 0.2s on each stop, so they're eliminating that left turn. On leaving the box, that extra fifteen degrees left makes no difference to their time (except for running over the rear-left wheelman at Red Bull)...
Goes to the pits gets out of the car and starts searching for his balls inside the cockpit(Im sorry)

Yes it was very interesting to hear it being pointed out by Ted during free practice. My immediate thought was that it was just shoddy worksmanship by some chinese labourers but angling it slightly like that does make a lot of sense.
At first I thought he said OK aswell but now I can't help but hear Not bad every time.
Yes, but it's also the small matter of getting past Button and Webber before he can attack Räikkönen. I would say that it is a more difficult task than the one Kimi faces passing the people in front of him.
Hamilton I'll agree will have a tough time with Button, but not Webber. Are you sure you've been watching? Not to be rude but I don't know of anyone that would say "Better watch out for Webber on those starts, you know how quick he can be". Just saying.
That Pic is one to watche out for though![]()
Gah. Perez did great on Q1 and 2 but not so hot in Q3. I was all sadface when I saw his final laptime.
Great lap by Rosberg.
