Anyone else notice the guy directly to Esteban's left didn't move at all during the fire? Just froze.

Vettel having problems with his traction control KERS.

THANK CHRIST

Nice great lap by Webber, Vettel gave it up with that lockup

Good for him and he didnt back off his last lap!! Ok V8 qualifying!!!

Oh, I just remembered Webber held Perez up. That's Vettel on pole again.

Let's hope they have a good race with each other tomorrow because I don't think anyone else will be on their race pace.

Good to see Webber up there, but he has a habbit of poor starts. Vettel will still be out front by turn one. Still..., nice to see a bit of change.

Wow is this the day for the number two's?
Webber beats Vettel
Massa beats Alonso
Grosjean beats Raikkonen

:D

That lockup wouldn't have cost him much if anything, and based on Vettel's reaction it wasn't a factor. Lack of KERS was probably what sealed it.

Quite creepy that I predicted Lewis on third in another group, and he did quali third...I did this of course based on 2009-2011 quali sessions. Third is seems to be what he always does at Suzuka.

Yeah Mark! :)

Vettel did actually have KERS on that lap.

As long as he can at least be 2nd we could still see a good battle, it's been a while since Mark was right behind Vettel and he's been on the pace all weekend.

Pathetic. Rest of paddock can't hit a barn door! Obvious that Blondie will jump Webbo and sod off...

Do you work for RB? Even Webber didn't know if he had it.

Horner just said he didn't have it.

How so? They fixed it (KERS), and a lock up even slight does ruin the lap don't take credit from Mark for finally putting a better lap together than Vettel.

I trust Martin Brundle when he says during the lap that Vettel had his KERS back.

Still, the previous lap error was a lack of traction at the exit of Spoon, didn't look like a KERS failure.

After qualifying?

Rocky is the one that said he had it and then Brundle repeated it from hearing the team radio. So maybe Horner and the guy actually looking at the sensors and data should hash it out

^ This as well, he was all over the place on the track during Q3 so, I'd say track conditions and not adjusting were his issue.

You sound like a failed angry novelist that drinks too much and thus takes out his transgressions on some sort of medium (Vettel and RBR). Can you look into your crystal ball and tell us how we all can get rich!?:dopey:

EDIT: Vettel, just said it was his mistake and the wind being an issue. Horner is now saying that yes it came back during Quali but then failed a second time.

Ignorance is bliss when the facts are too uncomfortable, eh? Ah well... hopefully next year might be competitive...
