lol Well I would think people know if they watched the testing but it was Joey Logano.

^^ See bold.

As per AUP:

You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

Just FYI. 👍

And don't double post, use the edit button.

lol being fast in testing really matters.

And besides that Kenseth seemed to be consistently faster then anybody over the weekend.

Testing was done under different circumstances. Some people ran alone while others were drafting. Unless variables like that are eliminated, the speed charts produced by mixed testing are essentially useless.

Who was the fastest full time cup driver all weekend at daytona? mmhmmmmm thats right!! get used to it! lol Just sayin...

You do realize that testing speeds at Daytona mean completely and utterly NOTHING, don't you? But seeing who you root for, I can understand why you're wound up. You'll take any victory you can get at this point, even if it's just the fastest speed in a pre-season test.

Mhm, that's right.

LOL Okay well ...we'll see now won't we?

Anyone can win superspeedway events or come close... Ask Waltrip, Mears, Blaney, Bayne, Bobby Labonte, Gilliland and Ragan in recent seasons.

Don't forget Jamie Mac, Brad Keselowski (In a Finch part time car), Elliott Sadler, and AJ Allmendinger.

Now that silly season has cleared up some and some testing has taken place, what are your predictions for the 2013 NASCAR season in Cup, Nationwide, and Trucks? (keeping in mind that Kyle Larson is rumored to run a full-time in Nationwide, and Ross Chastain is rumored to be running full-time in Trucks with BKR.)

Just saw this:

BKR will field two Trucks in the Truck series, the 29 for Ryan Blaney full time and the 19 for Brad Keseloski, Joey Logano, Ross Chastain and Dave Blaney.

Just posted from JGR's Facebook page:
Matt Kenseth returns to the NASCAR Nationwide Series this year in the No. 18! Today we're proud to announce that Reser's Fine Foods will join him for several races.
EDIT- Also to be specific about RACECAR's post about the 19, Chastain will run 15 races, Dave Blaney will run Eldora, and Brad and Joey will split the remaining schedule.
The 18 now has both Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth officially in its driver lineup, both Michael McDowell (Well, that's my guess) and Darrell Wallace Jr. are expected to run some races as well

Not really surprised, I expected Austin to make the step up to cup next year. Especially with Harvick departing for SHR.

Exact reason Harvick left. Austin will get the good stuff while Harvick would have been kicked to the curb.

I thought this was a pretty cool infographic from ESPN. It shows what each "generation" of stock car consists of. Though, I would argue that some of the dates are a little off.

I think it's more than that honestly with rumors of Dodge/RCR, I think he wanted to find a place that was Chevy and he would have a good car too. We all know him and Tony are close.

Mark Martin has seen each generation and drives in Sprint Cup still today haha.

What happened to XxxTreme Motorsports? Didn't they say that they were going to run this year?
