Collision in the pits, unsafe release, driver released before tyre is properly fitted and shenanigans down at Force India... I'd say yes.

Button is good spotting that one. Every other incident I remember resulted in a retirement.

I think Mclaren/Button combo have to be the most lost tires during a race. No season is complete for Button at Mclaren without a lost tire, I guess...poor button he was doing amazing.
