The stream on Justin.tv just got shut down.

justin.tv's stream got pulled by Grand-Am apparently. Or the "copyright holder."

surely the car is damaged after contact with the wall

As Furinkazen said, he stopped just short. It might possibly be from all the dirt that was picked up on his tyres that's causing him to loose grip.

Someone explain to me who in the world was the genius to put Montoya with Pruett/Rojas...

Lead guy on the 01. His explanation for doing it is that when Montoya is in the #02 not competing for the championship, he lets it all hang out. If he drives in the #01 thats in for the championship, he'll drive with a more level head because he knows he'll affect the championship. Seems brainless, but its an interesting explanation and it does sorta make sense. Essentially, he really has to buckle down and it puts him more under the microscope of Chip if he screws up and knowing Chip is the guy that says "You hit the other car, its your fault", pretty sure thats more then enough incentive.

Chip's mentality is "Unless the car breaks on it's own, it's your fault".

#72 Porsche decides to take an unplanned agricultural expedition through the chicane.

Familiar Cayman colours...

Well...so far it seems to be working... Go Pruett/Rojas! Don't f@$? It up Montoya!

green flag stop for the #10 and hunter-reay stays in the car

Montoya building a lead for now...

I see people still love to give Montoya crap for no reason.

It does seem a little harsh to judge someone before they have even done something. He's driving his ass off out there.

I usually just joke with the whole thing because of all the hate he gets.

Looks like that Viper dropped out awhile ago and the only real Vette is way down there too.

Was wondering what happened to F1's pre-2012 music. There it is.

Irony of that post: That car is a tube-frame car sharing nothing with its road car counterpart

#45 has a little bonnet issue...

montoya down pit road, new tyres, fresh fuel and no driver change

No jet dryer incident this time.

daytona don't use jet dryers anymore as they use some sort of compressed air system which was mentioned in the NASCAR thread

McNish changes over.

Nah I know. Was just making the comment. The 5 is running slow on a stop.

The 2 car just went through the chicane. he slowed though so he should be fine.

As some say, we kid because we care.
As said, "It's all in jest."

You think it could be an old Grand Prix from who was it, Banner Racing?
Perhaps at least an old Stevenson Camaro?
