I typically not a huge fan of massive engine cars, but I seriously want that Mustang. And I can appreciate anything that walks all over a GM product.

And once again, GM benchmarks an aging car, makes a huge deal because they managed to make it just barely better and is immediately destroyed when the competitor is finished laughing at them.

Though I am impressed this time because the Camaro isn't even out yet.

Immense BHP/$, though as someone on twitter said, that much power for that little money is a Darwin Award waiting to happen...

It looks the same and i can't even get it.

Thats why FORD (yes, read this Ford) can't duel with a Nissan GT-R unfortunately.

Sell it in Europe dammit.

Apparently the front grilles are designed to better direct air up and through the hood vents to help reduce lift. The new tail lights are pretty cool, and are the same ones we've seen in the new Mustang teaser images. The new Recaros look like they're do a pretty good job of holding the driver in place, which has been a complaint about this model and lesser Mustangs. The new exhaust tips are odd for an American car, especially a Mustang, but they look good. The design of the front splitter has gone a little funky, so hopefully they really did refine its aero a little bit. And look at those exhaust manifold bricks...imagine what will happen when you slap some real headers on the thing!

Overall I'm happy with it. SVT keeps making this thing better and better. It's going to be about 270 pounds lighter than the ZL1, and more powerful to boot. I'm putting my money on the Ford being the better performer all-round, especially in the handling department which it has historically had on lockdown. Too bad it still has that stupid antenna.

Screw handling, I don't see any reason why my 60k would ever go to a GT-R over this. It looks brutal!

Especially since the GT-R is 30 grand more expensive. For the money, this is a better car and a highway monster.

EDIT: Interesting fact from Inside Line: The TVS supercharger on this GT500 displaces 2.3 liters.

We have no idea how the car will perform, but I'm guessing it'll be no slouch, in both straight line performance and handling.

mmmmmh, grabber blue.

Also, those wheels are cool.

for all my Mustang hatred, I hate to admit it but Ford has delivered immensely with this generation pony. It's an amazing car.

They finally fixed the lights to something more akin to what I suggested when the 2011 Stang came out. Hopefully there are ambers hidden in the black.

Apparently will do 200 MPH. I'm guessing 0-60 of about 3.2ish.

NopeI'd honestly be surprise if it was more than a tenth or two quicker than the ZL1. (Which is 3.9-4.0 according to Chevrolet)
