How come Vettel set no time and still starts 9th?
 
A lot are using the softs. So the front runners won't be held up that much after pitting.
 
Does webber get a chance to warm up the tires and then go back into pit to start from there?

He set times in Q1 and Q2 which advanced him to Q3. Hulkenberg starts in 10th and also set no time. Simple.

2 DRS zones is stupid, the car in front has no chance to defend. Hulks pass on Vettel was awesome.

Vettel has no straight line speed. He is using DRS and still being gapped on the long straight by Hulk.

:)

Also Alonso is catching Hulk at a second a lap...
 
Red Bull always lacks straight line speed. That long straight is really showing that flaw now.
 
Those that didn't put a lap in Q3, if karma is king, shouldn't get rewards here.
