Robbie Savage couldn't see the irony of calling for a red card for Pogba. Henry basically told him shut up.
 
France are now going to destroy Honduras, especially as they have a 1 man advantage.

Not entirely convinced by the technology. They must surely have a slo-mo camera inline with the goal line to back up the GLT.

Not like Honduras deserve any luck, horrible bunch they are.
 
The goal line technology, designed to stop confusion, has confused the whole stadium.:lol:

The goal line tech should never have shown the first hit on the post. It should only show the final bit of play where the ball has or hasn't crossed the line. That's what confused everyone.
 
First time it comes in to play properly...with mixed results, goal correctly given but with a lot of confusion...
 
I'm not convinced in how accurate the Goal Line Technology is. From a few camera angles, formerly used for pundits and commentators to decide whether the ball had crossed the line or not it seemed clear that the whole ball hadn't crossed the line.

From other angles, like the Goal Line Technology camera angle it seemed like it was well over.

I'm just not convinced that it was a goal.

Same here, the GLT computer generated shot shows it clearly over the line, all the other camera angles show it less so.

Fifa can't even get this working, should have had Hawkeye.
 
Great game, plenty of talking points...and still half an hour to play!
 
Well it sent Jonathan Pearce into meltdown.
So much for the ex-Robot Wars voice.
 
The best angle to view if it crossed the line, the one straight over the crossbar, was inconclusive because the white of the ball, keeper's gloves and crossbar all clash.

A camera angle directly beside the post would be better.

But anyway, I'm fairly certain it crossed, the tech wouldn't be used if it wasn't that accurate.

I think he would struggle to unlock the car, let alone using a sat-nav.

I think I have been spoilt with Sky's football presentation, ITV and BBC are really poor.
