Big crash at the first corner in the 2nd GP3 races just now. Turns out there's a hole in the fence for recovery vehicles which one of the drivers hit nearly head on. Ripped the gearbox off and now there's coolant and oil all over turn 1.
 
Did David Coulthard just call Hermann Tilke a helmet?
 
Big racing day today. just watched Bathurst 1000 was an intense race now bring on formula 1 hope its just as good.
 
Ironically the Russian anthem sounds a lot like "Go West" by the Pet Shop Boys.
 
Lewis was the only one who didn't take his hat off during the ceremony.

I expect Putin to teach him some manners. :lol:
 
Is F1 on now here in Australia? Ten usually has a pre-show 15mins before the race but I'm not seeing it.

It's on now. I'm watching it on 10 they are showing the grid line up now. Could be delayed maybe where you are? It should be on.
 
Love & hate affair for this new circuit. I love the flow of the circuit but it's too wide for intense racing (well, it work for GP2 & GP3 though). What's more, I can only see 10% of grass on Sochi.

Kinda dull yet beautiful. Idkhowtoexplain.

I hope this would be a good one.

Ok, that's strange. I just checked the TV Guide and it says 9:30pm AEST so it may be delayed. Stupid bush life...

I absolutely hate the RTL broadcast. They miss so much about what is going on on track.

Scratch that. It's also not on One HD.

Apparently 'NCIS: New Orleans' and 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps' is more important than an F1 race.
