2014 Nurburgring 24 hour, VLN series 7/12 teams signed up

Slight change from TMB. Despite our new signing Rich (RS__96__oO) showing some great pace in tests he is still an unproven entity in endurance races and is in fact a debutante to CSS/VLN.

Therefore I'm putting our seasoned 'Pro' Scott (i-was-ere) into the Lobby 1 race and dropping Rich down to Lobby 2. Depending on results that may change for the next Round.

RACECAR can't make the race tomorrow due to personal reasons, however I believe he has put a deal a deal with somebody else to replace him for this round only, he should be back for the rest of the VLN.

I was there for that race! Those M3s looked like the class of the field on Saturday, but sure enough when the sun rose the Manthey Porsche was leading and stayed there.

in that case then, you will need a team that can all go to one location (IRL) and race from there... if you can find that then welcome to the party, if you can't then geographical issues are not a problem and you will just need to find a team to race with. Then its just team name and a car.

Once you have done that if you could post up

It's slightly late to try and source you a third driver for tonight. I would suggest waiting until Round 2 and in the meantime trying to find another driver to race with you guys. It would be good to have another 'Pro' team for February.

I guess I'll just wait I'm use to the procedure of signing up for races, I was just curious about the VLN series alone, and the other driver is a local friend just not a GTP user, since I'm sourcing people (trying to) from the University I go too. Anyways thanks and I'll just wait it out and hope I can get a group in time for the following rounds.

That would probably be a wonderful time for me too, but schedules conflict and so on for others that I'm trying to get to join.

Hopefully it will work out, and you never know there may be some other drivers in your area that you don't know about... well heres to hoping anyway haha... but keep an eye on the thread anyway as drivers pop up a lot asking about drives... there has been one guy asking about signing up and i know knukken is looking for a team... might be worth putting some feelers out there to see who is up for a VLN or N24 team
 
Seems the Audi has to be setup for some oversteer just to make it fast, if it understeers then it's hopeless for me since I use very similar settings on all my cars, might set it up for a fraction of understeer now.
 
If the Audi had the engine at the front it wouldn't be such a problem, but more weight is on the rear axle and I don't want to add the extra weight since our weight is left at stock and weight is everything in making a car handle well, toe angle for me can change the car alot.
 
Nin it was to late for the change... Lancer will be room 3 and everyone is locked in place!!!!
