Next year let's get @adam46 and another commentator in the same room as the live stream camera man. I'd like to hear commentary as the stream switches from car to car. And it would be great to have Adam reaching out to team members live via Skype at certain points. Not only to talk about the race, but anything really. Who's house did they use? What sort of wheel/tv? What's going on when they're not driving? That would be great, especially during lulls when there are no battles going on.

Oh and of course, any live conversations would be had in a separate room so as not to distract the driver.

This could happen for a future N24. I know a few commentators so I'm going to see if I can talk someone into it for next year. :)
 
By next year I hope to have a capture card. Ill have a stream on twitch with game video and wheel cam, kind of like what team octane did.

@RacerTed I believe trophies are going to be made and sent at some point, so I've heard.

I was able to watch this for about 16h till I falled asleep ! I didnt even know any racer or team exept @Phouchg from another series we're running together :cheers:
anyway ... great race , great hosting and all my respect for the guys behind the wheels and of course all the guys behind the scenes :bowdown:
I would love to represent a team germany next year , problem is , my friends suck bad at GT :D

Anyway, great race för 22 hours! And that sprint race at the end there was pretty fun as well ;)
 
Don't know about you guys but I hear that BMW engine sound everywhere now!!??! Even in a hot bath:)
 
Would love to join in next year - but I have a list of issues which means I can't :P

- I have no friend that's any good at Racing Games at all...
- My Internet Connection is way too dodgy to withstand 24hrs of Racing...
- My Coffee bills would be through the roof...
- I don't have Skype and never intend on using the piece of cr*p :D
- I probably wouldn't have got enough GT Credits together to be able to buy any of the cars! :P

So I doubt I'll have the funds to race a new Megane for TOCA-11.. :P
 
What an absolutely epic race. I never thought that at 1500 Saturday it would all come down to a sprint finish with 2 cars chasing the win and 3 chasing the remaining podium place.

Well done to ALL racers that took part. I have huge respect for everyone and hope you are all hoping to be back again for more craziness in the 3rd weekend of February 2015 :)

Regardless of what the official results show that fight between ABL, TMB, P24 and GORE in the last 30 mins was the best clean, hard online racing I've ever seen.

When Plux clipped the armco avoiding the spinning REST car 2 laps from the end (we got damage) he was like "That's blown it for us, we'll be 5th" and I was saying stick with it. Mikey is going to be struggling like hell doing 4 laps on those tyres (we knew you were mainly pitting after 3 laps most of the race) and with the pace everyone is running at there WILL be mistakes" and hey presto the GORE car took a trip across the grass just past 'Foxhole' and you were all over the place from about the Carousel onwards, allowing us to draft you on Dottinger and ALMOST out drag you to the line.

Amazing! Great to hear you are now a signed up N24 addict and plan to return. 👍

Results are still being ratified because with 4 red flags and race restarts there was a little confusion on some teams total lap counts. Video replays are being reviewed, but unofficially' it was

1. CCR
2. P24
3. ABL (+1 Lap)
4. TMB (+1 lap.....and half a car length!)
5. GORE (+1 Lap)

Not sure about the others. I think FRT, TOR and REST.....

EDIT: I know you all tired (aren't we all) and I am being very impatient :lol: but any idea of when you will be looking at reviewing all the masses of data and video and working out the official results?

Fantastic with the livestream, was so much fun to watch! Next time maybe add some good commentators like Tidgney over it and it will be a success 👍

Maybe organize SPA 1000km, that is around 4-6 hours I guess :)

It won't be down to me mate and I'm actually away all next week so that was my last (loooooonnnnng) bit of fun on my PS3 until next weekend most likely.

I'm sure the guys at CORE will be reviewing as soon as they get time
