A 2:14:330 so far. Taken me almost half an hour to put a valid lap in due to them stupid white lines :mad:
Lost heaps of time in the twisty downhill section so more improvement to come.

I still have to find 2.5 seconds with DS3. Currently at 1.21.5 but I know where I can improve and each time I get to 2 seconds in front of the my ghost. those darn white lines or the rumble strips near the walls get me. This race is quite annoying.
 
2:16.688 after around 4 clean laps (and probably around 12 red flagged laps), really like this combo tbf but its tough with the ds3, looking to give it a real good run later in the week once i have a few days off work :)
 
2:14.5xx 2:13's are possible for me but the non-sensical imaginary track barriers are extremely off-putting. I love the car/track combo..but the stupid track edge DQ is just that...stupid. It's ok to graze some walls, but don't go over the white line or too high up on a curb..:banghead::banghead::banghead:
 
Hmm, maybe I'll just skip this one and practice Spa instead 💡

Finally I'm done with this one. I can't see me being faster considering every good lap I do gets ridiculously invalidated, I wasted lots of high 13's and low 14's. So...bye bye gta, see you on a couple of weeks.

It's a long lap so it's possible and/or someone finds a glitch/exploit that will negate the effects of the white lines :p
 
Hate the second corner, and stupid white lines, cannt take a normal racing line around here thanks to crossing them a little bit and invalidate the lap. :banghead:🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

2:17.418 so far. All aids off except ABS = 3 (Steering = Controller - Directional Buttons)
 
Today's run has got me down to a 2:16.324 for now, pretty sure I can get it down into the 15's too, but keeping that boat tight, tidy, and fast at the same time without invalidating the lap is tough. :crazy:

for those wondering, I did not post a leaderboard/info thread as something electrical? down the street blew up, no power for 36hrs, and I think it ate my PS3

Yeah I'm 19 now, almost 20. But my account info has my moms date of birth because I crested it when I was 12 and 16 (first account was lost, forgotten everything)
 
1:14.030 now. I've managed to find a faster line through T2 than Holland, but I can't hold it together past that. :(
 
Sounds like my 14.7 isn't in the top 300 now, from the way this forums going

Up to 2:16.429. I've already gotten abuut all I can out of the butchered track boundaries.
Now I'm putting main focus on round 4.
 
As of lastnight I was 945th overall with a 1:17.137? and 8th fastest in New Zealand. Too bad NZ doesn't have a top 10 prize haha.

Edit: It was actually 1:16.107 and I am now in 1431st or something like that.

And I thought I'd be off the top 1000 by now, people are having even more trouble with this one!
 
Set a 2:13.526 yesterday... could have been a couple tenths quicker but a touch on the barrier before the back straight cost me. (Classic inconsistent track boundaries)

Funniest thing about this course and these limits.... I haven't hit a cone!
 
Had a proper go tonight not being stupidly tired after a long day at work and 5 hours sleep! Although I still had the stupid long day at work part haha! Good hour and a half came to a 2:13.581! Sector 3 is killing me and can be equal in all others so will have to really think about that one to be honest! Not sure why so many people are having invalidated laps, I am quite loving this combo, I get a few red laps but the main reason is just aggression, when I'm smoother less red laps and generally faster times!
 
Played for a few minutes and got a 2:17.200. I do not like how on some sectors you can push it and even hit a corner, then on the little downhill s curve don't dare touch that white line for a clean and fast exit!! edit ds3 btw
 
With just about 500 miles of attempts completed, I have exactly 5 valid laps completed. :banghead:
I am at 2:13.485 and I am already sick of running laps here ...
