Oh, I quite agree. Even said so myself when it happened and after it happened that it looked like a dumb mistake and nothing more.

But that hasn't stopped the rumor mills from turning. And having misfortune befall Nico two races in a row just keeps those wheels spinning faster.
 
Despite everything with Hamilton's season very little has anything to do with it being his fault, Austrian Q3, Silverstones pitting too early in qualifying and his mistake at the start of the race at Hungary are the only notable driving errors he has made this season, and in two of those errored races he finished ahead of Rosberg anyway.
