I don't know the rules in this point, but the german commentators said that it is illegal to mix compounds :confused:

He does, meaning he is going to hurt more than a five second stop go. Drive thru then another pit to actually fix the mess up, that is more painful in my book.

That's the only explanation why it took so long to "investigate". You'd think the color bands would make that a five second decision.
