Says who? I honestly hope you're right because a GTE F-Type would be louder than Krakatoa. They never pulled the plug that story was false.
Radio Le Mans and daily sports car and people in the industry.Says who? I honestly hope you're right because a GTE F-Type would be louder than Krakatoa.![]()
Works for me....BRING ON THE JAG!Radio Le Mans and daily sports car and people in the industry.
Also rumoured to have already been on track testing too.
Alfa have more of a history in the P1 style classes.Id like to see Ferrari do a P1 program, that would be great for the sport, and perhaps bring Alfa Romeo back to Le Mans in GTE, we haven't seen an Alfa in sports car racing for far to long! The 8C would have fitted in well with its generation of GT class cars,

Don't get it?Yes, but an Alfa being faster then a Ferrari is incomprehensible in Italian,
Nether do I considering there's an Alfa sticker on the F1 car.....Don't get it?
Alfa Romeo cannot be faster than Ferrari. That's what Ferrari people in Italy think anyway.Don't get it?
I thought he was referring to P1s being faster then F1(which is still a huge gap even with current regs).Alfa Romeo cannot be faster than Ferrari. An old legend.![]()
No it's an old "joke" around Maranello and by die hard Fezza fans. Nothing can be faster than a Ferrari. Which is what they think anyway. In Maranello there's God and then there's Ferrari. So being faster than Ferrari is like insulting God...alright maybe more like insulting somebody's mother.I thought he was referring to P1s being faster then F1(which is still a huge gap even with current regs).
Oh, so this is what the large diffuser is used for.
@mustafur this, plus the old Top Gear quotes from Clarkson,Alfa Romeo cannot be faster than Ferrari. That's what Ferrari people in Italy think anyway. But Fiat has final say since they own both.
Oh, so this is what the large diffuser is used for.
Those are mandated by the rules and regulations. This is really interesting. Look at the new light on the inside of the diffuser thingy, as well as lights on the wing!
I know, it was the subject of discussion after the test day. Some one said the car was illegal because it had no wing lights. Those are mandated by the rules and regulations.
No they weren'tThe extra lights on the bottom are new and where introduced after the crash at spa!
http://m.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/119273No they weren't

The rule change was after spa!
Look on the diffuser thing, ther is three lights on it no?Still doesn't change the fact they were there before spa.
Ah you mean the really inner "turn signal" looking kinda lights. Yup those are new. And the wing lights are something they were required to put on...just took em' a while.Look on the diffuser thing, ther is three lights on it no?
Im not sure of the exact dates of the changes made, but I don't think the wing lights where on ther during the test!
Forget Ferrari. I'm tired of all the hype. I meet so many people who think they're hardcore racing fans just 'cause they like Ferrari. On the other hand, I would support an outright Alfa win in a heartbeat.
