Another pointless xfinity race. *sigh*

Edit: Kyle's car died right at the victory lane entrance

Actually let me correct what i said: "Another xfinity race blows" *sigh*

I think that makes more sense now

The Cup drivers winning is a non argument. Happened all time in 90s and 2000s.
It's happened since the start of the modern series. Earnhardt won the very first Busch Series race in 82.

I find it funny that one week, this thread goes from an extremeist "ban Cup drivers from Xfinity" to the next "A Cup driver won, my feeling is moot."

Great job guys, we're making progress!

Jokes aside, I could really care less. I think the main problem with the Xfinity series is that a Rousch car is literally about to win a Chmpionship this year. Never, ever thought I'd say that in any context this year.

Actually a roush car winning a championship is the last weird thing i would not think of

Their Xfinity program has been decent for awhile, it's their Cup program that's struggling.

Well, when you go around wrecking people, you tend to get more points than everyone else...

I mean, Ricky Stenhouse won 2 titles that way.

Well then Chris Buescher is in good company after what he did in Dover to his teammate.

In any context? You do realize that the 4 car limit per team rule was put into place because Rousch was sweeping the top 5 spots pretty regular there for awhile don't you? And that was in the big leagues of cup, not the juniors. The France family and the cat in the hat have a very long history of bad blood between them.

You'd think cutting from 5 teams to 4 would have made them even better. Other than McMurray, Roush had a team of championship caliber drivers at the time.

I think France was worrying that Rousch was going to sweep the top ten :sly:

Well, in 2005 you had only 10 spots for the Chase. Roush had 5 drivers that year:

-Mark Marin in the #6
-Greg Biffle in the #16
-Matt Kenseth in the #17
-Kurt Busch in the #97
-Carl Edwards in the #99

All 5 drivers qualified for the Chase that year. Yes, the 2005 Chase was 50% Roush. And still, who won that title?

Tony Stewart.

I'm not sure Ragan was championship caliber.

I lost a lot of respect for buescher that day. Bubba had that one won no question, not to mention he screwed bubba up at the iowa night race

So, how long before someone does something stupid today?

The role of Ryan Newman this year will probably get played by Kyle Busch if it's played by anyone

I'm hoping Jimmie can pull out another win this week. I'd like to see some bad luck for Harvick as well.

My perfect final 4 would be Gordon, Edwards, Truex & Kurt

Mine are Gordon, Ky.Busch, Ku.Busch And Truex
