Any of those TV car shows are stupid. Each one plays out the same way. Crew finds surprise car, crew then proceeds to speak to the viewers like they're 5 year olds. Fights happen over stupid things. Car gets completed, but barely in time.

Everything is stupid with those shows.
I don't know what's worse. Executives believing those types of shows is quality TV or that there's people out there that actually watch it.

But now for the news that I know we've all been waiting for. Norm Macdonald is now Colonel Sanders. People were complaining that Darrell Hammond was too creepy.

This week is all about Bristol for the top three Touring Series. Can't wait for the action? Well, NASCAR Trucks set the table starting Wednesday night. This is a very traditional date in the Truck ranks to run the Bristol night race on a Wednesday as opposed to on the weekend. The XFINITY Series takes on Bristol Friday night. This Saturday night, it will be Cup's turn to take on Bristol. So if Mid-Ohio and or Michigan brought you down, maybe some good old short track action from Bristol will get you going.

And as usual, I wish all drivers and teams good luck across all levels of NASCAR, including the three aforementioned series. Race 'em hard, be safe, have fun, and put on a great show.

I really hope these drivers put on a show. I already know who's going to win the truck and Xfinity race, for the most part. (HINT His name rhymes with Smyle Smusch) For all of those butt-hurt over Regans move at Mid-Ohio, don't worry, that type of stuff is completely normal and encouraged this weekend. They have bumpers for a reason lol. I just hope the Cup race is good, I'd hate for F1 to be the best race of the weekend for the 3rd time this season :P

*sigh* If it wasn't for the AUP...good grief.

I already saw the new commercial, far better improvement (even love the jab that they threw in). Found Norm far less annoying then Darrell.

The problem is reality TV is so cheap to produce compared to something substantive that the meager amount viewers they do get is still worth it.

Clint Bowyer to RFR and David Ragan to RPM? If Bowyer goes to RFR, then it would mean that Biffle will either retire or be released by Roush.

I can see David Regan gling over to Furniture Row on a second car when they do eventually move to Toyota. They probably will. Opens up for faster cars and more sponsorship with them being the number 2 Toyota team in NASCAR. Especially with JGR as good as they are. Heck, maybe they'll even put Erik Jones in a car. Affiliating themselves with Toyota and JGR could be brilliant for them.

I'd rather see Stenhouse out. RPM should have taken Ragan last year when they had the chance instead of taking Hornish.
I would rather have Stenhouse released by RFR too, but for some reason Jack Roush thinks that Greg Biffle is his top driver, even though Matt Kenseth and Carl Edwards had previously proven that wrong when they still drove for him.

When was the last time that Biffle even won?

I still think Bayne should be the one released. Hasn't don't much compared to Stenhouse honestly, even in Xfinity. But I guess since he has full-time sponsorship they aren't going to release him.

Only thing that keeps me from agreeing is that he hasn't crashed nearly as many cars as Ricky. I remember just in his rookie season, the guy couldn't go one race without hitting something (to the point where he actually got taken out of the car and was even put to work repairing said wrecked cars)
